My husband and I were referred to Ridgeway when our Honda needed work by our salesman at the Acura dealership 5 years ago. He said they did honest work for a fair price. We were quoted by the Honda dealership a repair estimate of 2000 and Jesse and crew completed the work for 800! This has been the best referral ever! I have referred my friends as well. I appreciate their honesty more importantly I trust their advice with regards to work needed and the time frame in which to complete the work. We are always consulted prior to completion of a repair and they keep accurate records of work that has been completed. My most recent visit with my Acura that wouldn’t start after a new battery was installed at AA (error on my part, lol), I was told when they would be able to assess the car to best coordinate managing with 1 car. My car was diagnosed and repaired the same day for less than 100 dollars. We will not take our cars anywhere else. Jesse and staff have earned our complete loyalty!

I’ve been bringing my car to Ridgeway for a couple of years now and will never go back to the dealership. The crew is efficient and thorough. They don’t try to upsell work you don’t need and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

I brought the car in for brakes. They called later to let me know the brakes were fine and the sensor needed to be reset. They easily could have told me the work had been done. I ended up having them handle a few other things while the car was there. They are honest and do good work.
