We recently sold our Baltimore rowhouse and moved into a Downtown apartment. As part of the transition we bought almost all new furniture at Regency for our apartment. We love the living room and bedroom suits and have received many compliments on how attractive they are.Maia was our salesperson and was fantastic!! She was so helpful with every detail and let us know exactly what to expect with the delivery. She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to deal with. You can't go wrong if she is working with you.

Everytime I call the store no one never answer the phone. Was there in Dec. Purchased furniture was told will recieve in 6 to 8 weeks I waited exactly 2 and 1/2 months i was told waiting on chairs to come in. It's been 3 months now I haven't recieved a call yet from anyone at all. I'm very disappointed!!

Looking for a couch. Could not really make up our minds. Ladaishiea Black was so helpful and and informative on type and styles available. We were able to pick out couch and set up delivery for 3 days later. We are very pleased.

absolute scammers. I was promised a price when I talked/messaged to the sales rep and when invoicing the price just doubled. I showed the conversation with the sales rep to the manager Maya but she just told me that the rep was new so she made a mistake. The price and the threshold shipping rates all were double. management needs to train their sales rep better and update them on changes on price and shipping charges. Absolutely a mismanaged store.

Deja was super awesome assisting me and my mom as we looked for furniture at regency furniture. She gave us a great deal as well as great humor and conversation to help ease the tension of finding our dream couch. Definitely recommend her on your next adventure if you’re looking for furniture
