The service at the bank is horrible. They never have customers in the bank but they never have time to service your banking needs. The tellers are usually more worried about their personal issues than doing their jobs. I went to get a replacement bank card and I was told I would have to wait an indefinite amount of time until I would be seen to get the card replaced. I informed the teller that I needed to return to work could she please give me an estimated time, so I could make a decision if I could wait. She stated no and told me to use online banking. Their poor attitude and subpar service seems to be a reoccurring activity at this bank.

I needed to view some transactions on my account and the teller printed everything I needed, gave me a highlighter and found a room for me to go over the paperwork. Excellent customer service.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly.Akilah Jones assisted me with the transaction, I was treated with kindness and courtesy.Elizabeth Brown helped me to open the CD, she was efficient and professional. Answering every questions that I asked.Will definitely frequent this location more than others.

Reading the reviews had me a bit worried before coming into the branch. I had a A-1 experience with the staff upon arrival security held the door for me....they also alerted my staff person that I had an appointment with that I was outside. All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. I have been an account holder for quite some time and its nothing like coming somewhere and being warmly welcomed and knowledgeable individuals! I'll definitely be back again!

Tosh at the Catonsville MD branch just told me that the best money market rate they have for personal accounts pay 0.04% and that is the best they have. She had quite an attitude and told me I could talk with their investment bankers about CD rates but that is the best they offer. I've been a PNC customer for over 12 years and did not expect to be treated this way. I will be changing banks to one that cares about their customers.

PNC in Catonsville on Frederick Rd - Elizabeth the branch manager is very helpful and so friendly. I had several things to take care of and she was excellent helping me. I highly recommend her and the bank.

I do not recommend this branch and I do not recommend PNC bank in general. I called them and the banker was very rude to me. Her attitude was disappointing.

You routinely cannot withdrawal or even deposit cash, truly a useless bank that serves no purpose other than to aggravate its customers.

I've never had a worst experience with a bank. The managers are horrible. I can go into any other PNC branch and have a great experience, but this branch meets you at the locked door and tries not to help you. They yell out "go through the drive through" or' "make an appointment". I sat in the drive through to deposit over a hundred checks. PNC fix this.

This bank is very unprofessional and one of the worse. I had an issue with depositing money in my account on July 2nd. The money that I deposited was correct but on the deposit slip I accidentally wrote a different amount. I showed them evidence about it and they said they will handle the situation. It's been almost two months and nothing has been done. They didn't even check their cameras or anything.
