“It’s so nice being able to call a pharmacy and have a live person immediately answer the phone. Great customer service and helpful friendly staff who go above and beyond. I just needed to pickup a prescription there and had three sleeping kids in the car. The pharmacist ran out the prescription to me so I didn’t need to wake everyone up and carry them inside. So thankful for this local independent pharmacy!”

“Nice friendly staff. Super fast service, fill prescription's on the spot. Always explain what you are getting. Cheaper than Rite Aid. No problems with 90 day prescription's like Wallgreens. A great service for the community.”

“I've been with nature care for almost 20yrs. When Bruce owned it, he was always helpful n explained any & everything.... The new owners, are extremely polite & very understanding to a customers needs & concerns..... They are willing to help anyway they can & notify u of ur medications being ready, they also are very much on top of even making sure ur monthly medications are filled so u don't have to worry!!!!”

“So very happy with the Catonsville Pharmacy.....so much so that I will be moving my other prescriptions to them now that we are not locked into a insurance company's selection! Our stuff is always filled timely and we can pick it up with hours that we can get there. The place we are going now has no Saturday hours and they close at 5. It's very hard to get there when you are sitting on the beltway in traffic. Everyone is beyond friendly and always willing to listen. I just cannot compliment them enough! Looking forward to them being our always pharmacy!”

“I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) ?.”

“By far the cheapest gas in the area. Sometimes the difference in gas prices is 40 or 50 cents. The line reflects this price disparity. Oftentimes I have to enter close to T-Mobile to queue up for the line for the gas station. That's probably the biggest negative about this place is the line. Also it's credit card or scan and go only with your Sam's Club membership. And since they don't take any cash I don't understand why they aren't open later. But with the Savings in gas alone your membership will pay for itself. Highly recommend”

Also love using Scan and Go when shopping inside the club, anything to avoid those long, long lines! Giving 5 stars for the convenience of scan and go in the club and at the pump.”

“Being a few days before Christmas, so it was very busy. I only went there because the Walmart was a nightmare and I couldn't find parking. But the cashier was rockin and rollin! She was moving the line quickly. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. And most of all, she was pleasant.”

“the young guy was very nice even though it was late I had just left patient first about 30-40 minutes ago the only thing I would suggest is that v if you are coming to get medications later in the night try to see if they can hold the medications by the counter or if you have a safe or if they have a drop box or something for you can lock your medications up that way if you need to do some shopping you're not pushing a car around with various types of medications that's kind o getting any prescriptions that are needed during or after 9:00 p.m. till probably 5:00 a.m. especially since when I was walking out the whole store flickered and a lady came over and she was like 8:00 a.m. show up b I was just happy that I was out of there before any of that happened even though I was in there when the power started just happened everything got really bright for a split second and then went black what is the first time I've shared about this horizontal about this experiencef the downfalls”

“Today I went to pharmacy,I was happy to meet Mr rayon pharmacist, he helped me, I would rate him an excellent person.....I came to this pharmacy sometime back, at that time the pharmacist was SAMIRA she was exceptionally excellent overall,I would say she is ANGEL--I as a customer recommend that highest appreciation should be given to her..(This Walmart overall is the best..)..”

“I've been coming here for 15 years they've changed pharmacist a couple of times.
I'm going to give this Pharmacy five stars and here's why. There's a pharmacist there named Pamela they call her Pam. She just got back from maternity leave and she is absolutely awesome professional and a true example of a doctor or pharmacist
Pharmacies have challenges they deal with incompetent an insurance company approvals.
They really do have a thankless job. It's important. However people don't understand of what a pharmacy stands for. The pharmacist job is extremely difficult. It's a bureaucracy. They deal with different personalities in the public.
They are not customer service Representatives.

They go to school to learn all about drugs that can help with all types of illnesses their main function is to fill prescriptions and to make sure there are no drug interactions with regards to the patient's medical profile.

Justice set the record straight... All pharmacies are challenged now because of the restrictions of the FDA the doctors writing scripts and all of the paperwork that must be submitted on behalf of the timely manner. The next issue is that the store has to remain stocked so when they have walk-ins they have to fill who's in front of them legally.
Trust me I understand too well about not getting your script on time or someone else getting it filled before you or your doctor putting a restriction on the date. That's another issue that people don't understand. A lot of drugs for very serious illnesses and Pain Management are Time sensitive..

I just wanted to say that no matter what that's a pharmacist at 5657 Baltimore national Pike in catonsville is awesome. Not only is she good at her professional job as a Pharmacist..
She also has a great bedside and or customer service demeanor.
