This was my second time using O'Donnell Collision. I chose them because I was familiar with the location and the customer service. I'm satisfied with the recent work done. Custom courtesy is A+. The works done appears flawless. I would recommend their service to others. I would use them again.

Friendly but you do have to call them constantly for updates if you’re getting your car repaired.
Had a deer incident a few months back and was finally able to have insurance help me out. My car was barely drivable, as in if I went over 25mph, the entire car would shake somewhat violently. With that being said, my insurance recommended O’Donnell as did my neighbor and I was pleasantly surprised by their work ethics. They were very straightforward with me and answered any question I had about the process. When they thought my car was ready they did another diagnostic run on it and found an issue that was previously missed. They contacted me to let me know it would be one more day while they install the part and they kept to their word on that. My car isn’t even a Honda car, yet they took great care and precision with it to make sure it was road ready.
My next car might have to be a Honda though with how well they handled my current car.

But in all seriousness they do an amazing job and they keep you informed throughout the process. Car came back looking brand new again. I appreciate everyone I’ve worked with.

Jaime, Chris and their team were excellent! They surpassed expectation from the customer service down to the minor details. Anything you need from body work down to trim repair and glass they will take care of you and make sure you are completely satisfied before you drive off the lot. Worse car dealer you can ever deal with. They had my car for 6 month waiting for the same car parts and they just keep telling me every month the car part is coming and every month they say it will be next month.
