The branch has great experience with superb customer service. The teller takes care and understands exactly what is needed. The branch has complete pleasure to work with and goes above beyond to assist with expertise and knowledge. Quiet and attentive customer service assist with patience, understanding and kindness. The layout is nice and updated. Issue is seen quickly and addressed in a professional manner. Overall the bank is a new favorite branch to assist and help.
I never gave a review on M&T bank although it is stated here that I did. I use to use the Catonsville branch, I use another branch now. I also took a large amount of my money out of this bank and placed it in my credit union. I used M&T for years and never earned interest. I put the bare minimum in this bank
