Ms. Brittany (Branch Manager) was so sweet to me today and very helpful. I came in rushing 10 minutes before closing and she helped me so fast! And also gave me some words of encouragement!

My experience here today was great! Jennifer answered the phone when I called to see what I needed to do to come in and get $20 worth of quarters. I called for 2 reasons: 1) COVID-19 is currently a thing and this branch doesn't have a drive-thru, so I wanted to be sure that their posted hours online were correct, and 2) because of the coronavirus pandemic there is a national coin shortage, so I wanted to be sure that they had enough quarters for me.I walked in and Jennifer was there to greet me and once I gave her the cash and my bank card to verify that I had an account with them, she quickly went and retrieved my quarters. And, she was very nice about the whole thing. I don't know who the other reviews refer to about "rude customer service", but that wasn't Jennifer.PARKING = 21 Ingleside Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228As I was about to leave, I asked Jennifer about where I should have parked because I didn't see any M&T signage in the lot where Google told me to park. A nice mural of Catonsville, but not anything indicating that this was a parking lot for bank customers. Rather, there were signs posted about it being a private lot and people would get towed if they weren't the "right" people.She said that the bank had a lot down a block or two in the opposite direction that I parked. I thanked her and went to investigate.Sure enough, about 2 blocks away was the M&T Parking lot. So basically you park and then walk a couple of blocks to the bank.Since Google has it wrong, here is the correct address for the parking lot: 21 Ingleside Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228. If you're coming from the East on Frederick Rd, turn left at Bloomsbury Rd (which is actually Ingleside Rd). Google may tell you to turn right at the light (but hopefully it gets fixed soon so this part of the review is no longer needed).If you're coming from the West on Frederick Rd, turn Right at Bloomsbury/Ingleside Rd. Google may tell you to turn left at the light (but hopefully it gets fixed soon so this part of the review is no longer needed).

I'm not an account holder at this bank and never would be. I was treated like I shouldn't even be there when I tried to cash a check . It's unbelievable that they want 2%to cash a check ! I can see why nobody was in there even on a Friday afternoon. The teller's are rude and stuckup
