Please don’t place your loved one in this facility or choose it for yourself. All the positive reviews are fake.My mother was here for 13 days before I removed her. She was there three days and contracted Covid 19.They showed us the first floor when we toured the facility but put her on the second floor. The second floor is absolutely filthy. The beds and all furniture are old and broken.During the 13 days she was there the floor in her room was mopped once and I had to beg to get that done.Staff are unprofessional, neglectful, lazy and incompetent. I had to involve the ombudsman office and a complaint to OHCQ has been made.Phones in the facility would occasionally be out of service so you can’t call the facility to speak with someone. When the phones were working, no one would answer.When my mother left the facility she had Covid, abnormal sodium levels, and a UTI with air in her bladder. She did not have these issues when she arrived.

Had to help a patient get a box of tissues for a nosebleed that I watched her ask the staff for twice with no response and when I went to the nurses station there were 5 staff members sitting at the nurses desk one was on the phone with a doctor the other one was on a personal call on there cell phone, the other one would not look up, until I stood right in front of her and said excuse me the others were talking and looked at me but never asked if they could help me and one looked at me and walked down the hall to talk to another staff member. The room bells never stopped ringing the whole time I visited (3 hours) as a nurses I was shocked. Use to be the goal was always to respond quickly and never hear that noise evidentiary now the norm is to always hear it and respond whenever you get done socializing. Sad.

My mother Is a patient and I appreciate Cordelia Abgam, 1st floor Nurse Manager. She cares about the patients and addresses any concerns I have about my mother's care. I love her energy, and sense of humor. I'm giving her 5 stars for being an exceptional Nurse.
