Friendly people. Stephanie is very good. The office is sometimes hard to reach but worth it if you have a bit of patience. For urgent stuff can get help on the phone.

Martina seems like a very nice and competent person. Unfortunately, this firm is not responsive at all. All communication is delayed or non-existent. I will need to find a new insurance office for my on-going issue.
