I highly recommend this auto shop. They made my car look brand new again, and on top of that, they did a complimentary cleaning on the inside and out. The price was very reasonable to. Very nice

I've been to this shop 2 times within a month and they made two repairs on my car. Quotes were valued and reasonable, car was ready in a reasonable time, and moving forward I will continue to go to them for my repairs and car maintenance. Not being from here and finding a new mechanic has been VERY rough. But I thank Luis' Auto Body shop and Justin (front desk) for making me feel appreciated as a customer!

Beware getting a quote at this location. I went there to get a repair quote for my car and these folks reported the damage to carfax. This devalued my vehicle by a lot. I would never recommend this business to anyone. You think you are going there to support minority owned business but they are the ones screwing us over.

They did not repair my tire with a patch. They caused a bubble on my tire and expected me to return for a new tire, which I didn't want to do. This was my third time with a flat tire caused by a nail. Once I get my tire replaced from Dana's New & Used Tires with just $60 in cash, I'll ask for a $25-refund to my credit card. Also, they didn't put my valve back on the tire.Service: Tires

If I could give less stars I would... I'll never bring a vehicle there, again. They said my truck body work would be done in a week. A week and a half went by before I had to go out of town for work before the holidays. I drove past there and seen My truck sitting in the parking lot with the tail light hanging off of it by the wires. Other than that they didn't touch it or do anything to fix it. After a little over 3 weeks they called me and said the truck was done. I told them that I was out of town and they took too long to fix it and now I'll have to pick it up when I get back. The guess the owner started complaining and saying that he was going to charge me storage fees of $90 A-day because I didn't pick up the truck in time. When I was finally able to fly home and pick up the truck he was still threatening to charge me storage fees next time but refuse to take responsibility for the fact that he didn't fix it in time. As a matter of fact, I didn't even hear from them until 2 weeks after when the truck was supposed to be fixed. Then when I finally get my truck, my backup camera and other wiring for the rear of the truck were missing and I wanted up finding them talked between the spare tire and the bottom of the truck bed. He claimed that they didn't do it but I know they did. And I had the backup camera back on and do all the wiring myself and even though I did it correctly my backup camera still doesn't work obviously because of something they did. They also had promised to touch up the paint and fix the paint on my door which wasn't done yet they charge me a ton of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're unprofessional, greedy, and rude.

Establishment is small, lot full of vehicles needing work, estimate thousand of dollars more than Insurance will cover.

I was recently in need of emergency services for my car. I had a time limit that was very short and I found these guys and it was like a miracle. When I tell you the stress relief they gave to me was phenomenal and I appreciate every last person that helped me from the person who took my phone call down to the person who did the repairs. This is a good place to spend money I don't feel like I was scammed or anything I felt like there was a job that needed to be done and they handle their business and for that I appreciate them 100%. I would recommend this shop to anybody in need.Service: Paint repair

I went to get an estimate on my car. There was no way to park. I thought the tire place in the same building across from the apartments was the same company. Not. To my surprise. They are too expensive.

Justin was very helpful. Unfortuntely I had to call him repeatedly because I was having an issue with the insurance company and a tow truck company. He took the time to make phone calls for me to get the problem resolved. He kept me informed while repairing. It was done in a timely manner. And the repairs look great.
