I went to Locketts based on these Google reviews and I was not disappointed.
I came in close to opening for a tire rotation, oil change, and filter change. I was out within an hour and a half. I loved that there was no pressuring or upsell - and they were kind enough to tell me something I should look towards fixing at my next oil change so I can be prepared.
What I really liked about this place was that they knew just about everyone coming in the door. I heard "how was your vacation" or "how is your husband doing", etc as people came in and out. You don't see that at really any other auto shop I've been to. You want someone to do good work on your car, which they did, but it tipped it over the edge that I felt like I could come back and be a part of a community with people who care beyond just your money. Go here!

Lockett’s is my go to shop, for major repairs. They know their stuff, and have always been able to trouble shot any issue my vehicles have had. And they price the job appropriately.

I got my car towed there after breaking down on 695 due to an engine problem. I am not from the area so I chose based on reviews. My car got towed there at 9 PM and amazingly was fixed by noon less than two days later. Not only was it quick, but it was affordable and I appreciate their honest work. I will be taking my car here from now on.

My thanks to all the staff at Locketts! Easy to work with every time we have gone there. Great communication and explanations as to what was going on with my daughter’s car. They fixed the problems, honored the warrants and went above and beyond to make the issue right.

After hearing rave reviews of this shop, I came in yesterday for a window that wouldn't roll down. Had the master control switch replaced, now that window works (that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1). However, now the door locks do not work. I called this morning to offer them the chance to remedy it, and instead was told that the door lock actuators must have failed (mind you, that would be a completely separate issue/repair). Well, given that the locks worked fine when I dropped the car off yesterday, now after the master switch replacement they suddenly do not work, it's only logical to assume there must be an issue with that new master switch and/or the installation work. They couldn't accommodate me today, and I'm about to start a new job, so I don't have the ability to bring it in later due to their inconvenient strictly M-F hours. I asked if there were any other options, was thinking maybe a discount or partial refund since I am now stuck with needing yet another repair after their work, but no dice. $480 down the drain. Next time I will go to O'Donnell Honda to have truly affordable repairs, done right the first time, and by a shop that stands by their work.
