Very unprofessional here. Girls sitting in the back just talking about their personal business so loud everyone in the waiting area could hear every single thing they were saying. People in the waiting area canceled their appointment and left. The phlebotomist did a good job, quick and easy. However, the environment is extremely unprofessional

DON'T go to this labcorp location! EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude employees, who take no personal responsibility for their own failure to do their job. My wife had a long appointment (3+ hours) to get multiple rounds of blood drawn, after each round, the employee at labcorp would call my wife back when it was time to get her blood drawn. Before the FINAL round of drawing blood my wife realized that it was past the waiting time and was wondering why she had not been called back yet for her final round. She went to the desk and the lady told her that it was too late and she needed to redo the entire process at a later date. Instead of apologizing for their error, they doubled down and blamed my wife for not keeping track of the time in between rounds. No apology or anything, just accusing the patient of something she was not responsible for, and wasted a ton of my wife's time, who had to take PTO for this appointment. The employees at this location should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of competence and empathy.

Nasty attitudes and poor customer service. Very rude. Does not answer the phone (said only two people were working and they were busy). The locked the door before closing hours and got smart stating they want to leave the facility at 4 pm not drawing blood. Then the lady stated I didn't have a order in the system butafter leaving my doctor showed me where there was one. I would not recommend this place based on rude service and poor work ethics!!! I would love to speak to the actual manager or owner.

My daughter and I went to this location last weekend to get her blood! My nine year old daughter, was really scared and terrified to go, because of the terrible experience, we had on our last visit! When I arrived, I was happy to learned that there were new employees and that they have gotten rid of that EVIL woman! The young lady, Mirah was a BLESSING to my daughter and I! She was very professional, and polite! She was so sweet, caring and gentle with my baby! The last woman we had was very mean, nasty and evil. The woman shoved that needle in my baby's arm while I looked away to distract my baby! And I believed she used the biggest one! At the time, I thought my mind was playing tricks on, and maybe I was tripping! But after talking to other people, they experienced the same too! She is really a sick person, enjoying torturing, inflicting pain on kids for enjoyment. Then to hear she's at another location, is crazy! You guys NEED TO INVESTIGATE this woman and get RID of that evil woman, FOREVER! SHE'S EVIL!! Now back to Miss, Mirah! Thanks so much for making my daughter feel comfortable! So parents, if u want someone u can TRUST, who will has patience and will be gentle with your babies! Go to this location, and ask for lil Miss, Mirah, she's the best!

They open the doors at 7:30 ish but don’t start until 8:00. What a waste of time. On top of all that I had to wait an additional 55 minutes because of a .40 cents bill that would not allow my order to be as I was told pushed through.

JANIYA...Niya to her friends is the best. I have deep veins and even emergency rooms have to use the ultrasonic machine to find my deep rolling veins. It took a team of vein specialist an hour to find veins during a surgery. But not Niya.....it took about 2 seconds with one stick. BAM! my blood work was done. From now on I am going to this labcorp. In and out....one stick. Niya J. Is the best!

This is the location I usually come to for all my lab work. The girls are pleasant and knowledgeable. Today Nia (I hope I spelled her name right) she did my blood work, she is so good at her job. She found the vein quickly and I didn't feel the pinch at all ? she was comforting and pleasant. I was literally in and out in a blink of an eye. Thank you Nia

Made an appointment online. Easy check in. Everything was clean. Painless and quick blood draw. Friendly staff. Not sure where all the negative comments come from but my experience was good.
