Kelli was AWESOME to work with! My brother and I lost our father and needed to sell his house, and we couldn't have found better realtors than Kelli and Mike. They truly made the whole ordeal of clearing/cleaning/preparing a house as seamless as possible.Kelli was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, giving my brother and me timely updates and always being available to answer our questions.She and Mike had a clear plan for the sale of the house; they timed all of the milestones perfectly and ultimately were able to sell the house for well over the asking price (after driving a crazy amount of interest in the property leading up to the sale).Kelli truly is a joy to work with and I can't recommend her enough! I plan to stop by her bar, Checkerspot, in the city to keep in touch with her!

My brother and I hired Kelli to sell our father's house in January 2024, and our experience could not have been better - I highly recommend her if you need to buy/sell in the Baltimore area. Kelli was professional, transparent, flexible, and courteous throughout the entire process. She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond all expectations. And, perhaps most importantly, she sold the house for a great price and closed quickly (about two months from first meeting to closing - wow!). Thank you Kelli!

I promise you, you are missing out if you don't have Kelli as a realtor. A google review isn't enough to describe how amazing she is. My fiancee and I are so incredibly lucky to have had her along our road to homeownership. She is very knowledgeable and was optimistic throughout the 2(!) years it took us to finally have an offer accepted. She always made sure to keep me motivated and always made sure I was able to see a house when I was interested.Even throughout the paperwork process after we had an accepted offer she was incredibly communicative and always made sure to be available for the seemingly unending list of questions I had.

They sold our house in 3 days, right before the holidays, getting multiple offers, for more than the asking price in a quick uncomplicated sale. While every sale is different, and similar results can’t necessarily be guaranteed, they exceeded expectations.They have abundant and deep connections with lenders and tradesmen, each of which were also first rate.There’s a human side to the sale of a home too, and that’s where Kelli ( and Mike) especially shone. My husband and I worked with Kelli while looking for a home around Baltimore. Kelli was attentive to our desires and helped us identify homes that met our expectations. If I could rate higher than five stars I would! Kelli is always available and extremely flexible. She has a person for everything! Inspection, movers, etc. Kelli is not only our realtor but I now consider her a friend. Her and her husband are good people that made this process 10000% stress free. Kelli was able to explain step by step and took the time to go over what everything meant to ensure a full understanding on all ends. She has a can do attitude, is extremely trustworthy and will support you every step of the way. I’ve already recommended her to close friends and family. I couldn’t thank her enough!

Kelli recently helped me when I was in the process of selling my home. You can tell right away that she loves what she does and she's amazing at it because of that. She knows her market inside and out and she makes you her priority when you are her client. I ended up not selling my house and even when she knew I had to withdraw from utilizing her services, she still supported me and was professional, friendly, and kind throughout. The best way to describe working with Kelli is that she signs up to go on the journey with you. No matter where that journey takes you, she will help you see it to the end. My partner and I first set out to build a brand new house, she gave us the usual warnings and then helped us every step of the way to learn all the ins and outs of finding land, and negotiating and working with a builder and a bank. Ultimately we had to abandon the path of building a new home, but only a few days after we resumed our search for a home, Kelli found a house that was almost exactly like the house we were trying to build, except it was cheaper and better than what we would have been able to put in a new build! It's a wonderful experience working with Kelli and I cannot recommend her more.
