Went there at 5pm on a Saturday. There was a skeleton crew and the workers I was able to find refused to help me find what I was looking for. Sent me on a wild goose chase around the entire store. Save your time, go to Lowe’s instead.

Low quality employees. One of the women at the customer service counter (looks like she was just standing talking to coworkers) gave major attitude when I went to grab an Empty cart by that counter. It was plenty of other carts around the entire counter not sure why that one was so special. Anyways, I went to grab one from outside after that, I didnt see where they were before entering. All in all, Sounds like Inconsiderate and Not Personable. Happening upon other reviews it very well may be the same Rude woman other folks have mentioned. Yea, definitely not someone who should be interacting with Customers.

??????????????????????Saturday 2 September 2023 morning,????????????????Today 10/21/2023 9:30 am employee Tay and Renee they the costomer girl don’t help me to return items and send me to regular cashier when going there they told me the costomer service can help I going back and I told you playing with me she’s reaction very rude and I asked for the store manager she’s said no I not call the store manager and I said why and bringing other black employee and talking to me and my husband like if talking with her children and said listen to me very rude to I keeping asking for the manager and I say later she’s camen to me and my husband and very and pushing me and my husband when I said I going call the police, I have get a lawyer and also contact the home thepot corporation.Why home thepot hired a criminal employee?

10/13/2023, Friday. The lady wears glasses of customer service front desk very rudely,and I believe that she need go to see eyes doctor, she asked me go to the waiting line ends, there are only two customers behind me, and I come earlier than them. I don’t know why she believes that I later than them. The gentleman of the front desk is nice. Another lady works at plumbing aisle is lazy and rudely, she doesn’t give any help to customers.

Well the home depot The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with your needs and questions. I would recommend any homeowner DYI project person go to this home depot because they offer a lot of suggestions and are very helpful. With the explanation.

Customer pickup and returns are in same line … not smart … I stopped at the pro desk and asked for my order (I could see it behind the pro desk with my band on it). Clerk said I had to go to the other end of the store to get my order and then the pick up clerk walked me back k to the pro desk to get the material. Plus I had to wait in line at the returns and pickup. What’s the point of having a pro desk if you make people do this? Probably should come to Catonsville store… inefficient procedures. Ugh.

Customer service needs major improvement. You can never get assistance in an aisle if the staff assigned to that aisle either called out or unavailable. At one point you use to see staff walking around willing to assist customers. Now they stay in a huddle or groups conversating with each other. Poor service.

I have never had such a bad experience Home Depot as I have had the past two weeks. The personal who works the paint section was hurrying me because he wanted a break, apparently. (Young man braids.)Then I just walked the entire store for 50 minutes before someone said" may I help you?."Nice gentlemen in appliances. I'm done here, they have had 6 managers or helpers standing up front blocking the register for weeks, but then they scan your stuff and rush you out like your in there way. I just bought a dowel for $1.23 and the girl at the register was disturbed that she had to open so I could use cash. ?

Customer service needs improvement. I spoke to the MOD about a bad apple with a poor attitude and rude behavior. If you're off, do not walk the floor with your apron on!!! I use to work here. All those video trainings you still can't get it right? Plus, get rid of the key machine. Humans are better customer helpers!!

Worst experience ever in plumbing aisle. This is the second time. The elderly African American man working there has the worst attitude. I thought maybe he had a bad day last time. But visited the store yesterday 6/7/23 and he displayedthe same disrespectful behavior. What is wrong with people. smh!

I am a truck driver, today June 6, 2023 I had to deliver doors in this store according to the schedule that the broker gave me, the manager on duty (I don't know her name) was very angry because the delivery was not in her schedule, she was very rude when talking with me and did not have the delicacy to apologize, I understand that she must solve many problems at the same time but her position and responsibility do not give her the right to mistreat people the way she did

I recently became a first time home owner. When I tell you all that this is a lot....this is A Lot. There is so much to learn about a house, its parts, how it functions, the innerworkings, and who to call.One of the items that I am working on is getting blinds for the entire house. Why are there so many types of blinds? Why, friend? Why? I became really overwhelmed and reached out to blind specialist stores. Unfortunately, their quotes for service, design and installation was thousands of dollars. I kept the quotes and went to Home Depot to get their counsel. I had no idea what I was looking for nor the proper terminologies. What I did know was that the paper blinds in my house had reached it expiration date. Lol. I met Christina. She sat with me at a desk, gave me a tutorial on blinds and walked me through the home depot online process. The online process allows one to customize what they are looking for to the inventory of home depot. Christina patiently inquired about each room of my house that needed blinds, asked me probing questions, and encouraged my decisions. By the end of the meeting, she was able to provide me with a quote. I really appreciate being able to go to my local Home Depot to lessen the anxiety of homeownership.

I was denied service when at the Home Depot location this weekend. I was waiting in line when another couple took their place in line ahead of me. This place is racist because of my heritage! The employees are racists! Stay away!
