Just bought a preowned Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda. Our sales representative Brooke could not have been more helpful. Brooke was open and transparent about the entire process, knowledgeable about the car, able to answer all of our questions, and responded quickly to all of our communications. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend that you give Mazda and ask for Brooke.

I just (05/06) traded a CX-5 and purchased a CX-50. I’m typically not one to write reviews because you never if people are performing for a review or out of sincerity or service. In any case, the service I received today from Joe Gardner, Greg Johnson and Adam Kendal is worthy of mention. This is the best car experience I have ever encountered. It all started with a conversation with Omid Anushiravani, the Gen Mgr, and he paved the way for a wonderful experience.
Heritage did it again (08/29)!!! The CX-50 mentioned above is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Heritage Mazda (Mazda 3, 2-CX-5s & now a CX-50). For each of my cars, I have purchased all available factory featured accessories to create a “Mazda Of My Own”, that I would not have been able to accomplish without the professional assistance of Ray Grewe, Svc Advisor; Pauline Hutchings, Parts Manager; & Farzad (Bobby) Aleem, Svc Director. They showed service dedication by identifying, procuring & coordinating all items. They scheduled the install of all accessories on my CX-50 requiring the least amount of time in the Svc Dept. I’m already considering the CX-70, which means I’ll need the same dealership + team, to make it all my own!

I had an appointment today at 2:30pm, I arrived at the shop on time, and they denied service saying that they could not take appointments after 1:30pm. If so, why their website allow me to do so? Once they got mine appointment, why didn't call, email or texted me to reschedule it ? I made my appointment one week before, they have plenty of time to do it.
They replied to this review saying that they contacted me, but I haven't got any text, email or call. Conversely, their remainders about the appointment had reached me without any problem.
Ps: After I posted this review, I was never contacted by them (even until now, one year later) to try to address my concern. They had my email and phone.

I came in over the weekend just for a test drive of a CX90 and ended up coming back 2 days later to purchase! Brooke (salesperson) was amazing! She was very patient with me and explained everything in detail with accurate descriptions of the vehicle and how it compared to competitors as well as other tier models. Jordan (finance advisor) made the finance process very smooth and efficient. And Adam (finance director) was able to give me a super great financing terms!! Couldn’t thank them enough!!

NOT HAPPY! Bought a '21 Mazda 6 Grand Touring w/under 23,000 miles Memorial Day wkend. Previously owned a '15 Mazda 6 Touring + put 100,000+ miles on with no issues. On the test drive we never put it in reverse. As soon as we got home we noticed when you put her in reverse...it makes a loud "rubbing/scraping" sound. My buddy has worked in Service at a RAM dealer for 13yrs he says "no way they put the car through their shop and didn't hear that sound." I've put 1,100 miles on her(under 24,000 miles on the car"...and the SERVICE SOON light came on! So I just took it to a shop for an Oil Change(since it doesn't look like they even put the car through their shop) AND IT NEEDS NEW BRAKE PADS for the rear brakes!! I've put alot of pre-owned vehicles and NEVER experienced any of this!!

I had a very pleasant experience buying my first car from Heritage Mazda. The staff members were very friendly and overall good people. Akiel was the salesman that sold me my car and even though the process took quite some time, he was patient and supportive the whole time. Shopping for cars is a long and sometimes overwhelming process but working with Akiel and his managers made the entire experience less stressful. If you want to buy a car from people that care about you, I would recommend the Heritage Mazda in Catonsville (maybe even ask to talk to Akiel! ).

I had good experience at here with David H (gofor him!!!). A nice and patient sale. He won’t be angry even if you don’t buy anything. So friendly to foreigners. I bought a used 2010 Mazda 3, and he took our every question seriously and always willing to help. Also he replies messages so fast. Thanks. Highly recommend.

I purchased a CX-90 from Heritage Mazda Catonsville 7/23. What a beautiful vehicle!
Every member of the Heritage team that I came in contact with is beyond friendly and willing to help. I felt very comfortable asking questions, before, during and after the car buying process.
I am rating this location a 4/5 due to the size of the dealership is extremely small and challenging to maneuver. Additionally, due to last minute childcare, I had to bring my 5 year old with me and while everyone was very receptive of him, I wish the dealership offered a kid space to entertain him during the long car buying process. I want to thank Keller with my trade, Glen with my credit check, Jachy with patience to sell me a car, Ed and Dave assisting me with questions after I made my purchase. The team is willing to get you the vehicle you want.

I am deeply disappointed by the customer service at the Heritage Mazda Catonsville, Maryland location. I had initially scheduled the service appointment over the phone, expecting a smooth and efficient process. However, upon arrival and after waiting for some time, I was informed they could no longer service my car because of my previous feedback from October. Instead of addressing my concerns and improving their service, they chose to turn me away. It's the first time I've encountered such treatment. They shouldn't have accepted my appointment if this was their policy. It's disrespectful to waste my time like this, especially in the middle of my workday. I'm truly shocked and disappointed by this experience.
