No one there to pack your grocery, you have to DIY on more than $300+ stuff. Plus when you not finish packing and loading your groceries back to the cart but finish paying, cashier don’t care and continue ringing the next customer. I don’t understand what is the point to continue ringing the next customer when there is no space to put and stuff are everywhere. Only pro is not as crowded today inside the SM and Parking.

Store hours states closing at 9pm. Came at 8:50 to buy a few ingredients needed for dinner - they refused to let me in stating the store is closed.Whats the point of business hours ???

It's a rubbish barbecue shop. The food they sell is stale and the attitude is very bad. I wanted to buy half a roast duck, but the salesperson refused to let me choose and said: Either buy one, or just have this half. The problem is that only half of the half I was sold was burnt. It’s true that the Chinese only cheat Chinese people. I hope this store will close soon.

Tried to call and was hung up on twice. First time I asked for a manager. Second time I introduced myself and asked my question then was hung up on.

Have a large selection of items. Their customer service personnel is great. Wished they have a better scale (the one with container to hold produces better rather than a flat scale).

Went here to look for red snappers, but they were already sold out when I arrived. This place usually sell fresh goods however, I noticed that the other fish were visibly old. In addition to frothing at the mouth, the catfish might be poisoning other fish. Just remember to make sure the fish is fresh. If not, this location is typically trustworthy!

I loved the supermarket its full with the Chinese products and there’s a small Chinese pharmacy and i think every thing is fresh

Overall: Excellent food at reasonable prices. Ambiance and service need improvement. Ambiance: The place is kept very clean including the bathroom, but during wintertime, the place is kept super-cold which ruins the shopping experience. Turn on the heat, please. Service: The language used by service personnel is either Chinese or Spanish. The Spanish folks try to be helpful but speak little English.
