The 'machines' were down so they couldn't print me put a drop off package receipt when I returned my package. I received a text message with my 'receipt', but it didnt include a tracking number. I had a bad feeling about that so I drove back, picked up my package and dropped it off at the Owings Mills location. This is unacceptable ?. I won't be taking my packages at this location again.Sidenote: If you read all the reviews, you'll see 8 months ago someone left a review that the machines are broken. As of today, 5/30/2022, the print out machine is STILL broken....smh.

This location should be better classified. You can drop off pre-labeled packages here...however no fed ex envelopes, boxes, or materials are available here. This is a Walgreens with FedEx drop-off capability only.
