“I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.”
“Ollies is the place to be for bargain hunters. If only stores can keep up with re-stocking their empty shelves and having enough employees in the floor specially on weekends…the. It would be perfect!!!”
“Went there for starburst and neck fans. Took a couple tries to find someone who knew where the neck fans were located. They have about 10 different kinds of Starbursts! Lots of fun and weird candy if you're into it.”

This store should be the standard for all dollar tree stores. They do an amazing job. “I had never been to the Arundel Mills location. The store is huge! There is a lot of free parking and the parking lot was pretty busy but the store did not seem busy inside. There were lots of open registers, both self-service and manned. If it were close to me I would go to that one all the time!”
“I had a great experience at the Glen Burnie Md store.I had an issue with my purchases Carlos and Larry was patient and understanding, they are truly the best.Their customer service was excellent. They volunteered to helped me to correct a situation that didn’t even happen at their store! They changed my negative mindset about Big-lots! I'm sure Ollie's will make it right but now I gotta drive back. You're going to need to inspect your goods more than at a normal grocery store.”

“Mrs Donnelyn was extremely helpful and polite from the moment I walked into the store until I made my purchases . I was just browsing at first. But I ended up going back not only once but twice in the same week she did ask me to take the survey With a chance to win a sweepstakes, but it ended on June 22 and I was in the store July 31. So I was not able to enter my responses but they would’ve been positive as she is a genuine person and has great Customer service skills . I’ll be back that’s for sure. “Okay I would have given this store for 5 stars but the lines are always ling and the store is shabby. But, you cant beat there prices on meat. I used to live 3 minutes from this store and did a lot of shopping here. I've moved recently but still drive the 20 minutes to get my meat from Save a lot. Its quality goods for half the price. Make the trip its worth it. Ground meat, boneless chicken, pork chops, bacon and yes you can even grab a spiral ham for a great price. The frozen food section is great also.”
“Helpful staff lots of common household items lots of toiletries and such clothing isn't great but there are useful articles better for socks and underwear, good amount of gloves hats masks and things like that.”
“I stop by here from time to time when I'm in the area to pick up little odds and ends. They have a very large selection of plastic goods, table clothes, housewares, and toys. I usually buy little 3 oz plastic cups to use as water cups when brushing my teeth. Whenever I have had questions--I have always been assisted and it never felt rushed. I feel comfortable and like my business is appreciated when I'm there. The store has a no frills kind of feel to it but always seems to have what you are looking for. Take some time and stop in whenever you are nearby. Prices aren't bad either.”

“Love the long mumus or whatever people call it. The long nightgowns with tribal designs on it. Seems like a Mexican based spot for clothes only because I noticed a lot of the shirts say Bonita or has skulls on it. But if you have time to search it’s decent selections”

“When I was in this store it hit me-- this store is still laid out in the OLD Design from decades ago! Which brought me great nostaglia! :) 4 starts only because the old layout does bring smaller & tight aisles, which makes things seem like they're right ontop of each other and somewhat messy. Other than that, great store! I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The man at the register was super nice!”
“They are in the middle of switching things over to Christmas so it was really tight to get through. Plus, they are using wrapping paper blocking aisles to make the maze to the checkout.”
“I broke my glasses & needed a quick replacement.. Ran into the Dollar Tree and was pleasantly surprised.. The selection was nice, was greeted immediately and for a Sat afternoon - it wasn't that busy.. Once I picked out my glasses, I roamed the aisles a bit & this was the cleanest Dollar Tree I'd ever seen... Once done browsing, I got in line & Erica was so sweet.. She got me in & out.... I will absolutely be bk!!”

“This place is like Narnia -- HUGE on the inside. Lots and lots of clothes on sale and clearance. Couldn't find much in my style, but an older crowd might find a lot of good stuff here. They also have small homeware, food, and toy sections.My only complaint is that the metal detectors at the entrance really need fixing/ replacing... they went off on me when I entered and when I left for no apparent reason. Staff was kind in letting me through.”
“I visited tire center today for tire replacement and I was already frustrated with Costco Columbia tire center and their rude staffs behavior.A guy name Forrest approached me and took care of my tire installation very kindly.I explained why I picked up my tire from Columbia costco to be installed at their store he listened to my concerns and he says sorry for something he was not responsible for saying to me and given me excellent customer service I highly recommend this tire center and please don't waste your precious time at Columbia costco tire center.Thanks Forrest and Arundale mills Costco tire center I appreciate your services.”
