HANDS DOWN!!!!! My favorite cosmo prof! I totally forgot the 2 African American ladies NAMES that help me today but GOD knows I WILL NEVER forget that TOP NOTCH customer service I received today! I do remember they both wore glasses 1- was short gray hair and the other one curly extensions with waves on the side?. I even had a short education mini session on the amika line products today by one of them (short gray hair 1) which I was SO EXCITED ABOUT! When I say I’ve NEVER experienced customer service on this level before from ANY other cosmo ….. no shade but other stores should take NOTES. FYI!!!! My new home for cosmo prof LOCATION …… THANK YOU LADIES ?

The ladies that work here are great and very helpful. My only complaint is that the stock of supplies has become very minimal since covid. Very frustrating. It seemed to be a little better recently.

The staff doesn't know how to cancel a pick up order or call if an item is missing, they just leave it processing for you to come in and find out. Every time I've visited, staff has been making facetime calls on the floor or they've all been in the back for 15+ mins with no one on the sales floor.
