This place keeps getting worse and worse by the day. Management is horrible and they do not communicate anything that will impact tenants. Pay the extra $70 market value and live somewhere else. I cannot wait to get out of my lease. The only reason I'm even giving 1 star is bc of the maintenance tech Jabriel. He is awesome, tends to things quickly and actually communicates!!

Haven't even lived here for two weeks yet and our car was already stolen. They hotwired our car. Neighbors cars have been broken into multiple times. Security is a joke and there is no direct contact to the main office.

Henderson-Webb does not care about their tenants. I had so many issues when I lived here. Repeated sewage leaks in my apartment that they refused to take seriously for months. They also blatantly lied to me and told me I could stay in my apartment before changing their minds and forcing me to find somewhere else to live. Then they blamed me for the carpet damage from the sewage leaks, and made up additional charges as to not give me back any of my security deposit. Absolutely horrible experience living here.

I recently moved into Cedar Run. Stephanie helped with every step of the application process and made everything so easy. I was really nervous about moving into an apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh paint and carpet in my unit. It was super clean, no signs of mice or bugs! ? Seems to be a very quiet building.
I had a few minor issues and maintenance took care of all of them the very next day. So far I am very happy with my decision

Learned my lesson to not call customer service when i have questions. Talked to a customer service rep today about the concerns I have about my billing account only to get yelled at. Not a good feeling trying to understand something and the person that’s meant to help basically didn’t want to help.

Place is roach infested and they contract these lousy exterminators who do a horrible job. I'm currently trying to leave this dump after 3 years.

We haven’t had our maintenance yet so there’s nothing to review. Our guy came by for a few minutes to check on what’s happening with our dishwasher but it’s still not working correctly. Thx!

When we got there the models appeared very nice and the management was very nice to us. The reason for the low review was that I was ready to apply and spent the time applying there. Thought everything was good and started to get my hopes up of having a place of my own just for them to call me right after and tell me that they did a math error and I actually didn't make enough money for me to live there (even thoughi had already planned out how I was going to pay rent and ect). They thankfully said they will refund the application money. They seem like nice people but it really crushed me and my spirit.

I don't know how to communicate how severe of a mistake you will be making if you rent from this property. Cockroaches and mice do not even begin to describe the hellscape that is Cedar Run Apartments.
