The staff gave my mom in law a cigarette when they know she had a stroke. When my husband and his mom were talking the staff had a problem with it and had something to say about it. When my husband asked who gave his mom a cigarette they ignored him. They aren’t helping her walk. They wouldn’t change her diapers. Don’t recommend.

The building was clean. The employees work diligently to make the patients comfortable and my sister looks so happy to have been taken care. I am very please.

I have visited my Cousin several times. I was very comfortable visiting my Cousin. Although, I would Love to see him out of the bed and visit with him down in the activity room. He would have more privacy. Also, if there is a health concern with one of the other residents,then, we will not be a carrier. Thank you...

My great aunt has been in this facility for about a year and a half and let me tell you, i’ve never met more friendly and caring staff. the nursing unit is so attentive and kind to her. everytime i come to visit you can just tell they care and my aunt loves it.

In my 20 plus years in healthcare in NY and Maryland combined Autumnlake Healthcare Catonsville is the most positive, caring, supportive, friendliest, team of healthcare workers/providers that I have come across. The warmth, is felt upon entry to the facility. The staff are hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the residents in their care. I’m am elated and proud to be a part of such an incredible team! If any of my loved ones needed rehab I would not hesitate to place them in such capable hands!

I was so impressed by the care my dad received at Autumn lake at Catonsville health care center. Hinda was especially impressive and professional. She took such great care of my dad! I will never forget what she did for my family.

Came here and was not feeling good body wise mind. But as my day and night passed the staff all took great care of me and got me going again and lifting up my spirits that feel better and going to only get better health wise and thank this facility. Take care staff at Autumn Lake.

The staff has been great at communicating on what has been happening to my grandma. The skilled nursing unit is the most helpful and supportive people I’ve ever dealt with since the situation started. We went to three facilities before this and they don’t even compare to this team!

Great staff there. Welcomed my grandfather with open arms.. he was fine when he was there.. not everyday was great but they managed to keep him safe.. warm. fed.. and comfortable.. I visited plenty of times.. he looked very happy. His room was cleaned with a pleasant smell from the cleaning guy neek thanks for your talents im sure it's hard to keep a place like that clean and smelling good thank you and your crew members. ..

This facility has been amazing. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They communicate well. The skilled unit was awesome at helping my grandpa get well, the best i’ve ever seen in my 23 years of living.

Top tier staff, led by their administrator, Steve. Our grandmother initially was apprehensive and did not want to go to a nursing home, but within one week she totally changed her tone and enjoys it! It is such a relief knowing that she is in such a warm and capable of hands as we see each day when we go to visit her.We are extremely grateful to all of the staff at Autumn Lake for turning a unpleasant situation into a positive one! Steve has really shown great care for Autumn Lake and stepped up to the plate to make sure everyone is cared for to the best of their needs! He really goes the extra mile for everyone in this facility and makes everyone feel welcomed BEFORE they even step foot in the door!If anyone needs a place, COME ON IN!!!

Dirty facility. When I first brought my mom there from New York City in October 2022, I was warned by family members of other residents that Autumn lakes steal the money that they put aside in a separate account supposedly used for hair salon, other personal needs. I had told them that I wanted them to mail me the money instead because I would take care of all of my moms needs. For 3 months I hadn't received anything even after calling them each of those months. When my Mom passed away 3 months later, they told me that they had to get in touch with my half siblings because they were entitled to that money as well. They were the reasons I relocated mom to Maryland. They took advantage of her dimentia and Alzheimer and stole from her in NYC. I had Power of Attorney for everything and made Autumn Lake Catonsville aware of the situation. They didn't care. Even though I showed them police reports. Why should they care, they kept her money as well. Be ware of this location.

Autumn lake at Catonsville health care I can see why autumn Lake is the official health care rehab facility of the Baltimore ravens the careful consideration of the patient’s needs for professionalism The staff is wonderful bro everybody is willing to help from maintenance to kitchen workers secretaries to the incredible wonderful nurses OT‘s and PTS highly recommend if you need to come to a rehab facility this is the place to come take care of the extra mile to do the job right
