Had the chance to visit and purchase two e-bikes today. Trace had answered questions during the week and was there to assist. Was able to ride both bikes and decided on the Aventon. He answered all questions and was just great. Highly recommend please try and support local businesses they are a dying breed.

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Called to see if you need an appointment for a brake adjustment and was told to stop in anytime. When I got there they had one customer waiting and some other bikes they were working on, but immediately pulled my bike in and started working on it. It took a little more than minor adjustments, but they got it done while I waited and did a great job. Very fair price and the service crew was top notch (they waited on 3 or 4 others while I was there too, and they were great with everyone). Highly recommend.

Came in clueless asking about a board for my kid. They recommended the one below. Told him to go to a skate park and practice riding and tricks. 3 weeks later, it splits on both ends. They tell me it's because he's trying tricks and there's no warranty. They suggest wood gluing it.

I bought an Aventon Electric Bike about a year and a half ago and use it to commute to work. I've put thousands of miles on the bike. My biggest problem was finding a qualified service provider to work on it.I was having some odd issues with my bike and it seemed to be losing power more quickly than it has been. Trace and Ed helped me out and we got the problem diagnosed and got me back on the road. The bike is working perfectly now.It is great to have a relatively local shop where I can get me Aventon serviced. I love my bike, but up until I found these guys, I struggled to find a qualified shop to work on it.Thanks Ed and Trace. You all did a great job and I am happy to be back to my regular biking routine!

I ordered an Aventon Abound from Cantonsville for my wife. I really didn't know anything about the bike because it was new to the market. The owner walked me through every option and helped answer every question. They ordered my bike, assembled it exact to spec with great attention to detail, a full turn key experience. Absolutely incredible bike shop and staff! They will go above an beyond to make sure you get what you need. I live an hour away and I will travel just to do business with them. You guys made a lifetime customer!

Great Service. I talked to Ed. He helped me picked the bike that was right for me and didn't try to upsell me. I'll def be back as it was a pleasant experience. Other stores could learn a lesson or two from this place.

This place is fantastic! My sister bought a new bike here so we could start riding. A few weeks later, her front tire started losing 20 psi after a single ride. The staff replaced the inner tubing at no charge.

Rude, condescending, worst bike shop experience I’ve had. Went in looking for a helmet, told him what I was looking for, but he kept trying to sell me on the cheap junky helmets he had in stock.

This review is way overdue. I have been going to Catonsville bikes for years. These guys are the real deal. Service is good, reliable, and affordable. They will usually get your bike back to you much more quickly than other shops. I highly recommend this wonderful, local shop.
