They’ve installed a dash cam and remote start car alarm for me, I’m coming back sooner rather than later to swap out the stereo. Reasonable rates and the installs were CLEAN. Can’t recommend Samantha & John highly enough.

From my experience with Caton radio ,Sabrina really was very attentive to my audio issues. She even went out her way ti do some researching to get certain parts that was needed . Never did she make me feel as though she didn’t care at all . I would recommend this place again and again !!! 3/17/24 Sabrina was and always have been awesome since I first came to caton radio. I would recommend her anytime !! She dogs deeper than expected just to satisfy her customers. Thanking her in advance once again .

Sabrina is a excellent customer service representative who is knowledgeable of the needs of the customer and adds her personal touch to insure that the customer understands what she is offering them and Jake is a awesome technician who is caring and knowledgeable of his craft and once he installs your product he explains how it operates. I would suggest to anyone looking for a upgrade to their vehicle to call them and allow them to fix your problem

To date my experience at Caton Radio has been superior to any auto service business I have been to in years. I credit my long time satisfaction and high level of service to my Customer Service Rep, Ms. Sabrina,. Her high level of professionalism and detail to quality service is above and beyond. If I had a question and needed guidance, she was there!!! She makes it easy to go to Caton Radio because I always get it done right! Sabrina was a terrific help! I wanted to surprise my GF with a much needed upgrade for her car for Christmas, and she helped me choose a new radio to integrate w/ SiriusXM, a new backup camera, remote start, and a boost in the bass via a sub.It's being installed as I type this, and my gal cannot wait.

Sabrina gave excellent customer service!!! She actually took the time to research two Vehicles that I owe to see which product would be more compatible for my cars!!! While at the same time she was working with customers who had 9am appointments in the store!!! I called in she could have easily ask me to call back! But she didn’t she help for at least 30-40 mins while multitasking with other customers she is the best hands ?? down that you for excellent customer service Sabrina ?

Came here to have a new radio installed in my Porsche. This was a very complex task as I have the BOSE factory system with fiber optic interface. Sabrina was awesome. She figured out which head unit would work and figured out which harnesses to order. She worked tirelessly to get my system installed correctly and to my satisfaction. Sabrina and Caton Radio are my go to place for all things cars. Thanks guys- you guys are literally the best. Recommend with eyes closed.

I have been in communication with Sabrina at Caton Radio. Sabrina is very kind, knowledgeable, and looks out for the best interest of the client (me). Initially, I was told that I would need a new radio which cost $5k. Sabrina immediately said no and that she would do some research after the technician did the initial assessment. Sabrina has coordinated with the technician to ensure I get the very best price. Thank you Sabrina and Caton Radio. I highly recommend them when you need services to your stereo.

I’ve had absolutely wonderful experiences at Caton Radio, i’m a long time returning customer. I’ve taken 3 vehicles there for audio work as well as several recommendations to my friends. With Sabrina’s help at the front desk, she always makes sure all work is done top notch and is always available to answer and questions or things that may come up.
