While the originally promised vehicle wasn't available, the staff didn’t just apologize—they upgraded the offer with something even better. Although I declined due to personal driving needs, I appreciated the gesture and the flexibility they offered.
Customer service was next-level. From start to finish, the team was professional and friendly. Manager John stood out especially—he handed me his business card and invited me to call if I needed to extend the rental. That kind of personal touch turned a good experience into a great one.
