I had one of the greatest experiences that I've had in a boost mobile store in a long while Erika and the store personal really helped me with all my needs, answered all my questions with perfessionalisiam . I was even able to get all the accessories I needed to further my communication I really appreciate the help and I will return to the boost location for all my needs . and thanks again Erika ☺️

No disrespect to the Store Owner they do an excellent job definitely no complaints there...but the Boost mobile services leaves a lot to be desired..I moved to mint exactly the same deal as I had with BM and it's $25 a Month cheaper than Boost... I deliberately left my old number as from day one with boost I received spam calls and texts constantly everyday at 2 to 10 calls a day texts where no better....my blocked caller list went into the hundreds if not thousands of spam calls and still they got past the spam filters. Boost where aware of this and did nothing to help, since moving to mint (over a month now) I have not received one spam call or text

The man there (who seems to be the owner) wants to rob you in any way. I went there and asked for a specific phone and he gave me a price. I, then, showed him a coupon from the carrier that says $50 off for that same phone to be used at any store (this specific store was listed). He scanned the coupon and first tried to trick me by saying it is not working. I asked him to call the carrier. He then said, the coupon works but you will still pay the same full price. Not honest at all. Stay away.
