Recently had a spray tan with Crystal and she was amazing! So friendly and personable, clearly knowledgeable about what she does! The tan itself came about perfect and was long lasting! Would definitely go back/recommend!

Nikki was amazing!! My wax was fast and efficient! She was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable! I was nervous at first, but she kept me at ease. The Salon is soooo clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming!
They also have a cute boutique in the front with women’s accessories and home decor.
My overall experience was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!

⚠️ I have been getting waxed for over 5 years.I have waxed myself and I have waxed others. I have been waxed with hard wax, soft wax & sugar wax. I am NOT NEW to waxing ⚠️
This is MY personal experience & unbiased opinion as someone who waxes & has waxed others. This is not to diminish the business at this establishment.

Requested an appointment online early in the morning (before store hours) BRAZILIAN WAX Appointment was then rescheduled & cancelled a few minutes after being rescheduled. Only reason I know that is because I checked my email that day. (No call/ text notification for the rescheduling nor the cancellation) I then called to inquire about the appointment & was told “I don’t know what happened…” etc ? continually getting cut off as I tried to speak — I let it rock … rescheduled for Feb 20 I’ve looked at reviews and anyone whose said something under satisfactory had their business aired out ?

I arrive to my appointment, filled out paperwork.. everything went smoothly — short wait time. ?
The placed seemed* clean
Nicole was knowledgeable about dangers of waxing?
Wax was quick ?
- I was not cleaned off before waxing started which is often routine to make sure there is no oil, sweat or dirt on the hair nor body ? (Luckily I’ve showered directly before coming but still… Very unsanitary)
- There was no powder/ drying agent applied before wax being applied ?
- There was no examination of direction of hair growth or any questioning etc. very curt and impersonal experience ?
- When I let her know that I was experiencing pain* IMMEDIATELY after the FIRST wax strip was removed I was told “IVE BEEN WAXING FOR 15 YEARS, IVE NEVER HAD ANYONE SAY THAT BEFORE” ??⚠️? Immediately blamed every other reason on why I’m experiencing pain& then continued to deflect.
I have been waxed with more hair than I came in with a plethora of times & I’ve never experienced this amount of pain whether I’ve done it myself or someone else has done it. It wasn’t because I’ve trimmed* NOT SHAVED the hair with clippers, nor the amount of hair as those are things I’ve been doing for the longest time if I’m doing maintenance between waxes. I also know that it isn’t because of the time I’ve waited between waxes. As I am not naturally a hairy person I blame it simply on technique
- I had to continually “help out” by holding my lady bits for her to do her job which is
- #1 a safety/ hygiene hazard as I haven’t gotten to cleanse my hands after entering the shop #2 straight up ABSURD ? I’ve seldom had to help at any other wax places ?
I paid for a FULL BRAZILIAN — Left with hair still on my front & back (little but very noticeable) ?
Overall the experience was sub-par unwelcoming and cold. No questions were asked whether about sensitivity, amount of hair I wanted removed etc. Really is just about getting you in & out. Nicole needs an attitude adjustment. She was kind until I mentioned the pain which is when she became a bit aggressive (offended) and prideful in my opinion. Deflected and said multiple times that she’s “been waxing for 15 years” which really doesn’t matter when I’ve expressed that I’m experiencing pain. I’ve never had the pain I’ve had during a wax. Left with little broken hairs (I’m not complaining because I just needed the hair gone so I can wax myself next time). I blame technique as normally if a stubborn hair is ran into, you’re advised to wax in the opposite direction to get the hair up. Nicole continually waxed in the same direction leaving said hairs behind. If you do wanna try they accept Groupon! ? Customer Service points went straight to the negatives for me. After the phone interaction, the prideful attack as tho I was personally attacking her, lack of hygienic steps & empathy, it’s a HARD PASS for me.

I go here and see Nicki for my waxes. She is so professional and such a super dope person all around. She gets me in and out in 15 minutes. I love it here!

I the pleasure of meeting with Crystal. To have my eyebrows tattoo. She was so nice. And professional. She made sure I was comfortable. Explained the procedure to me. And also. Everything she was doing along the way. Before she started she let me look to make sure that was the look I wanted. I was explained about after care. Not to mention the shop! The shop is clean and the items she sells are beautiful.! She also does eyelashes and more! Definitely check her out. I have been getting some many compliments on my eyebrows.!
