I have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime… Korey was one of THE BEST Motor Specialists that I have come across. My husband and I were looking for a car for our high school senior. We wanted it to be reliable, safe, and cool for school! Our last stop of the day was BMW of Catonsville. I’m so glad we did! Korey walked out and showed us why he is a BMW Certified Genius! It felt like we’ve known him for years and were catching up. He knew the best car on the lot that would satisfy our needs and he delivered a beautiful car for our senior! He even presented it with a big bow!!! From Korey in sales to Mark in finance, it was such a smooth, non-pressured experience! Thank you so much for a great experience!!! We will be back!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with BMW of Catonsville. My car was delivered to their property on June 18th by Cross Country Group towing. However, the service department informed my insurance company that while they have a record of receiving my vehicle, they do not know where it went.
I personally visited BMW of Catonsville's lot to meet with a service member and assist with the search for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my car was not there, and the service department acted as if this was not a significant issue. Their lack of concern and urgency was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, my claims adjuster was treated poorly by the service department while trying to work with them to understand what happened to my vehicle. The unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the service staff added to the already stressful situation.
Overall, my experience with BMW of Catonsville was extremely negative, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Their handling of my case was unprofessional, and their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Total nightmare trying to purchase two cars here.
Had an easier time buying an entire house.
Never again.
Felt disrespected as a customer and had 3 hours at least of my time wasted here forcing me to cancel multiple engagements.
Kept getting second hand information from “general manager” - who apparently was in some webinar and could not extend us the common courtesy of speaking to us in person.
As an international student, this is by far my worst customer service experience yet.
You would think they were doing me a favor selling me not one but TWO CARS fully paid for.
No one deserves this kind of treatment or hassle.
I tried to be an easy customer but that’s what I got??♂️
I hope they do better or you as a reader have a better experience ??
I’m driving my cars of this lot with no intention of ever setting foot here, not even to service the vehicles and that’s a promise. They may be 15 minutes for my home but I would rather drive to silver spring or even New York.
Update
- I followed up with like 5 other BMW dealerships all in Maryland and it turned out their so called BMW policy may not even exist at all so I don’t know what that was about.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience coming to this dealership for the first time. Errol was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I would have given this place a better review because they’re usually polite, but politeness cannot replace skill or attention to detail. I got a safety inspection done there, and I’ve paid for unlimited oil changes there. Well after the safety inspection fixes I drove off, and my car suddenly threw an issue where there was below the min engine oil. It’s as though they drained it and didn’t put more. I had to rush to Advanced Auto myself and replace it, and they had zero accountability or apology to give me at this BMW.
So their involvement with the cars is purely ornamental. You’ll have to monitor all their work since they can’t be counted on to do any themselves. The mechanic did tell me a nice story about how he enjoys shopping and gambling and hates responsibility. I’m guessing he touched my car.
Update: definitely note the service director trying to characterize returning my car with minimal oil as a byproduct of the car’s age instead of taking personal responsibility for his negligence. You can’t make this stuff up! Review revised to reflect the failure to provide service while taking top dollar. Failure of accountability. Note he started giving out my personal info to cover himself. Guy should be in jail for endangering drivers. It’s immaturity at its best.

Got my battery replaced and software updated. It cost me $1100 and $922 was labor charges. BMW of Catonsville, you just lost a customer.
