we wanted to buy a sofa. the staff person was helping a young woman with a stack of stuff. She kept complaining about her back and asked him to put all her stuff in her car. He talked/worked with her at least 20 minutes even though we were waiting to make a purchase. Two other employees came by "are you being helped"? we said we want to buy a sofa and they said "oh, he will help you"....eventually. He then stacked the stuff, went into the parking lot and hung out talking to them a long time. We just left. Horrible service all around.

Employees are friendly and eager to help. One cashier actually left to check on an item for me and came back so fast with the item I wanted. Wow! Good service, Kudos!

This store is very messy. There are boxes all over the store. Nobody greeted me as I entered the store. The items are on the floor. I departed and went to Sam's Club.

Didn't find what I was looking for during this visit. However, they have a wide variety of Christmas decorations, home decor, food, gifts and toys. Some unique and others quite popular. Worth a trip to get some Christmas and home decorating and gift ideas. If you haven't been to a Big Lot you may be missing a whole lot. :) Each location may have different finds than another location, but it may be well worth a look at a location near you. :)
