If I could have put “zero” stars I would have. This auto body shop does not take care of their clientele. I was in a winter storm related accident and only my rims and tires on one side of the car needed to be replaced. They held my car from January to March with little to no information on what was going on. I received an email that my car was ready for pickup, a month later. When I called to verify, I spoke to 4 different people. They told me they haven’t even started working on my car yet. After that conversation, car was then totaled out, instead of them just saying they couldn’t fix it, didn’t have the time, or didn’t have the resources to accommodate me. I spoke with someone about retrieving my tags from the vehicle, I was told that they turned them in FOR ME. when I went back my car was already gone. Also, they released my vehicle to be demolished WITH MY TAGS ON IT. When I called about that as well, they told me once it leaves their lot that it is out of their hands. I now have a $600 fine from the MVA because they were so careless and secretive. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU PESTER THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. There’s many better places, this one is very unprofessional, uncaring, and carries a total disregard for auto body work and building customer relations.

I had gotten to an accident, not of my own doing but I was very much stressed about repairs that needed to be done, and how insurance was going to handle it. I've been apprehensive when it comes to car stuff as I haven't always had the best experience.
At this shop I was taken care by Robert irby, and let me tell you, he's the real deal.
He explained to me in detail what needed to be done, what insurance was going to take care, and overall gave me such great service, REGARDLESS of my endless amount of complaining that I had to be there in the first place.
Can't recommend this place enough, and can't recommend Mr. Irby enough either. I hope he's treated well at the shop and company! He deserves a raise.
I don't give out 5s, but this man truly deserved one!

This shop do very good work they stay pretty busy which can make a wait time a little longer but I am impressed with the work performed on the car also communication is key with the customer but other then that great job guys

Kept on pushing back the date my car would be ready. I got an email from them saying my car was done and asked I fill out their survey. When I did get my car back, six weeks after they originally told me, they didn’t completely put my car back together. The paper work they gave me claimed it was done a month prior to me picking it up. I had been to the location several times within that period and was told my car wasn’t ready.

First and foremost I want to thank Robert the guy whose name was on the line that said it was fixing my car thank you so much the two ladies in the front they were very nice and extremely helpful and kind and patient with me because I kept coming back to get stuff out of my car the tall guy with the glasses who walked me through everything that was going to get fixed with my car when I first dropped my car off they were very informational with the text about what was going on with my car and my parts and when I came to pick up my car the guy that was there he was very nice customer service for everyone is through the roof extremely nice even the vending machine guy is nice LOL thank you guys I love my car everything and Beyond was fixed on it and they got it back to me extremely fast so thank you guys

Autobody Evolution did a wonderful job on my vehicle! Dawn did an exceptional, professional and a GREAT job in assisting me with my rental vehicle and with answering my 100 questions! The Auto Body Evolution team, led by general manager Leo Domingues went above and beyond to remedy a mistake made by the previous regime. I got my car back in time and in 1000% better shape than when I left it off. I would highly recommend them. Job well done!

My insurance scheduled an appt here to take my car in after a minor accident. Auto body evolution did a great job assessing damage and fixing it. Some parts took a long time to come in, but it wasn’t an issue for me. My car was returned clean and they even put on a license plate bracket I had sitting in the back seat. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dave and Leo.

Never again. My car was taken here july 10, 2023 and was not returned to me until august 18, 2023. Rico, who no longer works there, was awesome about updating me all the time, even the front desk girls were awesome. BUT the finish date kept getting pushed back because of staff shortages. I was VERY understanding because I was told the shop would reimburse me for the extra days I needed to pay for the rental car, out of pocket, because my insurance stopped paying after a month. I even returned the rental early so the check wouldn’t be too much. It is NOW Jan 2024 and I have been calling every week since September about this check and sent multiple emails with receipts. I have NOT once received a call from their GM Leo or someone from Corporate, because that’s where the check is supposedly coming from. I would honestly prefer to be told that I would not be getting a check than to have me thinking one was coming. I didn’t even want to take my car there but it was the only one last min.
