Jay’s has helped me with all my car troubles since moving to the Catonsville area. They’re fast and charge fair prices with friendly service. Absolutely recommend them to anyone who need work done to their car but looking for a trustworthy place to take it.

I have been extraordinarily lucky enough to never having a downright bad mechanic experience anywhere, but Jay's Auto Service is truly the cream of the crop. I initially took my car in October for a brake inspection and oil change. After the inspection, Mel took the time to go over what needed to be done to my brakes in detail and even showed me on the computer a video explaining how the brakes work and where the adjustments/replacements would be made. When I finally made the appointment for a few weeks ago, it took less than three hours and the mechanics did a great job. The price was fair and honest and they even replaced a fuse for me at no additional cost when I asked if he could take a look at that as well.
I enthusiastically recommend Mel and his excellent crew at Jay's to anyone in the area looking for great customer service, great work, and fair prices for fixing their car.

I love Jay's Auto. He's an honest guy who deserves to be your #1 mechanic. He serviced my husband's car and treated us with such care. Jay is a man of integrity, which is a rare trait in mechanics today. I will go back many times over!
