I have been using Auto Clinic of MD Fleet Service for two years now to maintain a work pickup truck that I put ~20,000 miles on each year. They are great with scheduling and communication, a necessity for someone who spends significant time on the road and working in the field. My summers are super busy with little spare time for vehicle downtime. Each spring they work with Element, our fleet management contactor, to do preventive maintenance so that I do not experience downtime during the summer field season. They accomplish this smoothly and without a hiccup. All of their work, from simple oil changes to the mechanical needs such as brake work has been done well with no needs for follow-up visits.You can't go wrong at Auto Clinic of MD if you need to get maintenance done on a fleet vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding experience! The team there really helped us clear up an issue we thought we noticed with our family van. I was looking for a place with fleet van experience, & Auto Clinic was perfect. Professional, timely, easy to communicate with, & competent. I appreciated they charged exactly what I needed, without trying to add extra services. Would definitely come back.

I was referred to this auto shop by a family member who stated that they had work done there and was pleased with the service results. Listening to them and I decided to take my 2007 chevy Tahoe there for a diagnostic because I was having an engine misfire and the engine light was staying on. It started as a basic diagnose which I was told it would cost 250.00 and then I get another call back stated to look at something else it would cost another 250.00 which was a rip off. The final call I would receive stated that it would cost me $14,000.00 dollars to put a engine in and it maybe more. I had not had any major problems out of my truck, and I brought it brand new in 2007 and I considered myself very lucky to never having to experience any major repairs. Also, my truck was always serviced by Chevy. I was afraid to take my truck to the dealership this time because I thought it would be extremely expensive. However, I called my mechanic at Chevy who told me to bring it in and it is being repaired as we speak at Cheaper cost that makes sense and nowhere near the price they be charging. Bottom line is I was not looking for a handout or to be taken of Advantage of, I just wanted quality work done at responsible PRICE!!!!!!. Oh yeah, I do understand cost of part are a little high, but your prices quotes are out of control.

Service was expedient and top tier. Very friendly staff. Communication was thorough and clear. All charges were authorized before work was performed. We were informed immediately upon completion of the work. Convenient after-hours drop off options were offered as well. Most importantly, the pricing was absolutely fair and I was provided a report from the full vehicle inspection even though the vehicle was receiving minor service. Absolutely will continue to use Auto Clinic of Marlyand for all of our vehicle service.

I have used been a consumer/customer here on both the Family and Fleet side. JJ has been so easy to work with. He has smoothed over experiences so that communication with me, the consumer, is easy and a good match to my busy work days. He helps me feel well informed and makes the turn around process as quick as possible. I know that I can fully trust this shop to be thorough and meet the need of my vehicle in ways that other shops can not. I am grateful for JJ and the Caton Auto team.

It's been a couple years since they did some work on my old car, and I have since moved out of the area, but I am still considering using these guys for some new car service work I need done. Like over an hour drive for me now! That's how much I trust them, and the work they do. Also they are extremely friendly and professional, offered me shuttle services to my home in about an hours worth if traffic one way! HIGHLY recommend them!

This place is garbage. I'm surprised they are still open. I took my car to get inspected and they f***** it up to the point I got it towed away. It worked before it went in. I had just had it worked on at Neubaur. called Neubaur and they said this place has done the same thing before to another customer. I started reading reviews and the same thing has happened to multiple people. Don't get your car inspected here. I swear auto places are the worst..

Caton Auto has been nothing less than friendly, accommodating, helpful, and honest. They have great customer service and the fact that they pick up our vehicle, service it, and drop it back off is a plus!!Services: Engine repair

Caton has been providing maintenance to The Arc's fleet for 2 years now. The employees are great to work with and they provide excellent service. The Arc has over 85 vehicles in our fleet, the pick up and drop off at one of our facilities or housing units is a great addition to their service.

Joe, the owner was really personal. He came to see my operation. I sent him 2 vehicles which had brakes and 1 had a new transmission. This was short notice and on a holiday week. The truck was done the following week. They also delivered it to me at no cost. JJ and Becca are in constant communication from the start. I even get a full report of the vehicle and pictures. I never had that before. Auto Clinic of MD is now my go to repair place for my fleet.Services: Tire rotations
