First of all these people have the worst customer service!! They got me for $100 diagnostic fee. All the man does is yell. They get upset when you don’t understand them. At first she told me they can fix anything, but after I got my diagnostic, they tried to say it would be too much money for me to fix but yet you haven’t given me a price. Worst place ever do not go there!

Don't come here they can't do alignment at all. Waste of time and money. You want details of the vehicle? And what happens? Nothing change just look at the feedback you gave to the customers. It's all just excuses.Service: Wheel alignment

I had new tires installed at a shop nearby, and brought my vehicle (2016 Accord) here for wheel alignment. They took my car in right away. After about 30 mins or so, the mechanic comes back and says that he couldn’t do the wheel alignment because my right front passenger side wheel needs steering knuckle and wheel bearing, and the total cost would be $847.00 including labor. That just didn’t sound right because I know what sort of condition my car is in, having been the only owner. I did pay them 70 dollars and left. I’m not a mechanic, but again, I never heard any sounds or felt an indication that something isn’t right with wheel bearing. Nonetheless, I wanted to get a second opinion and took my car to a trusted family mechanic. He put the car on the lift and after inspecting the vehicle, he stated that he didn’t see anything wrong with the wheel bearing or steering knuckle. He also referred me to a good year nearby where I could take my vehicle for wheel alignment. So I took my car to the Good year and they were able to do my wheel alignment without encountering any issues. So basically I paid auto medics 70 dollars, wasted time and almost got ripped off even more. I sure as hell won’t be returning here for any future repairs.Service: Wheel alignment

Brought my car in for a simple alignment, i left still needing an alignment and my vehicle has another issue of leaking fluid because the vehicle was lifted improperly.. Owner also made a list of parts to be replaced that didn't need to be,, Owner/Lead tech has limited knowledge on vehicle repair, technicians are even worse. These guys had no idea that I run a Mobile Auto repair service for 22 years..I had to repair my own vehicle do to there mistakes which cost me more time and money. On top of that i have to pay someone else to properly align my vehicle.These guys are idiots. I would not recommend this place to do anything on any vehicle..Service: Wheel alignment

They are very good! I took my infiniti here and they’ve outdone their selves! This is the most professional reasonable priced and neatly done auto place to go to if you’re in the Baltimore National Pike Area! Very quick.

September 13/2021I took my Chevy suburban for battery problem.The owner of auto Shope told me to replace Alternator and the battery, that cost $889.I told him I have alternator charge me for labor his wife aggressively asking me if you don’t take our part we will charge you for diagnosis battery $75.They charged to install 1 alternator $150 to diagnosis $75 total $225.This Is rip off.his wife is very Aggressive and angry for anything Question customer asked her.#I’m encouraging all my friends and fellow Americans it’s better to go other mechanical shop or any dealer rather than this Disrespectful and overcharging greedy Korean shop.
