Managed to find a lovely sweater that caught my eye, along with a pair of earrings that added a touch of sparkle. Cherise, the delightful attendant, went above and beyond to assist us. She even stepped out from behind the register to help me find the perfect boots to try on. The whole experience was well worth battling the traffic to reach the store! Absolutely worth it, yeah!”

I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

“I am from out of town and visited ZAAF Collection on a wimb, yesterday with my family members. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed! The selection of the unique styles of purses and the quality of the handcrafted workmanship of the bags are superb! The manager was so friendly and her no pressure to purchase policy was just what I needed. I ended up buying a totally different bag than I intended and I am so happy with my purchase! “I LOVE this place. Alot of the clothing is not my style, but there are enough accessories that I like and it is really cheap. They change over the merchandise pretty often. It is usually worth my time to visit. Nothing over $25. All the earrings were $10. I got three pairs today. I also scored a gorgeous scarf that I would have happily paid $25 for and it was $10. It was a beautiful water color looking design in a blush pink with a couple white flowers and the green leaves were a lovely tone. Sometimes you don't find anything, but it is worth it to drop in here and there. It was great for Christmas presents last year. I find the ladies that work there helpful, cheery and accommodating!”

“A few years ago, I purchased a beautiful mink double breasted coat. It has been a treasured item in my closet to be wore on those cold windy and wet winter days. I wore it once on a very rainy day in Alexandria Virginia and was I surprised the coat was the perfect choice for that particular occasion. It was pouring rain, a bit slushy and damp. When I returned home, my beautiful mink was soaked... I shook it out , put it on the back of a chair and hoped it would be in better shape once dried!!! It was perfect, luscious and shiny and ready to be wore in the worse of winter weather. I highly recommend Gartenhaus for all you fur needs. They also tailored the coat to my request and I absolutely love it!”
