The older lady at the first window is so rude she wears these rubber gloves I purchased money orders and shes always give me wrinkled money orders I think thats so unprofessional of her I'm like I'm playing for this not you. Then shes rude. Never have I had a pleasant visit there and shes always there shes never seems to take off work.....I reported her so many times only to see the supervisor and her act so friendly after I reported her so I see that's a inside job and the issues not going no where. #fireher

Shout out to Sade* (and i truly hope I’m spelling her name right) the supervisor at the station this morning. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME I don’t live in Maryland anymore but she handled everything I needed over the phone even caught my package right before it was returned to sender. She was cool calm and collective over the phone I just can’t thank her enough for being the calm to my storm this morning. Shout out to you girl forreal!!!

Clerk:09 was great! Good morning! By the way there is only one mail clerk at the window! It’s holiday season (12/14/2023). The line was short when I arrived at 9:00 am however because of low counter representation, I was nit serviced until 9:29 am. Kudos to this one female staffer holding down the place. The building is cold even though a very small heat space saver stands in the corner but with doors opening and closing all day long, there is no way, you can feel any kind of warmth. Dear postal manager, please hire more front counter staff especially since it’s the holiday season! Please!

Ms. Wethers/Smith was a REALLY genuine and patient employee. My heart goes out to her as she tackled the longest line ive ever seen at this location (BY HERSELF). She continued to take every bit of rage, disrespect and challenging customers as she pushed through her line. I really hope she gets some type of credit for going above and beyond her duties on the job that day. She patiently helped me cypher through mailing my package back to China. She helped me navigate througho each step and then sent me on my way woth confidence of being able to do this process once more. I really and truly appreciate her and there needs to be more patient works like her at USUPS. She really deserves an award or some type of recognition.

I don't come to the post office often for the fact that everything is done on line now. We as a people have gotten not use to the human factor but today I realized why we need that the postal workers name is" Tara" she was patient and diligent to my needs and even though there's a 3 person inside rule she took that extra time to help me. She is actually what the old mail service use to be about patience and understanding. If the USPS needs a role model she is definitely the one.She gets the stars???????

Worst customer service between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon on 9/6/22 . The Lady at the desk was poor in communication and reception. She open the slot without telling me to insert the package which I was unaware of. Her communication throughout the process was full of attitude.

Another great experience at this branch. Every checkout area had a USPS employee, the woman that helped me was professional and polite, A++ l. I drive 10 mins further to come to this branch.

My first IRS mail was never delivered. On September 14th they scanned my IRS mail but never delivered it. After the IRS ran a trace on my mail evidence showed someone signed and cashed my IRS check. Now yesterday, November 20th the same issue is happening. I waited for the post woman yesterday and when I checked my mail two pieces of IRS mail we’re missing. They scanned my mail and I’m pretty sure that I will not receive it, they’ll cash my check like the first time. I’m asking that the head of the USPS and the police departments investigate this postal service. The reviews on the page speaks volume of what the Citizens in this area and elsewhere have to deal with. This is not a credible postal service.

While the service could leave more to be desired, it’s clear that these folks are miserable on the floor and behind those booths. When I was the only one in the lobby waiting to be attended to, the clerks complained about management for a solid 6 minutes straight while knowing I were there. About how a higher up sits in their air conditioned room, while they are in an area with very low fan ventilation and that it’s very uncomfortable. Which, I can see that—anyone can see that. Poor mandatory work conditions easily effect a person’s mood—and these clerks are humans before they are workers. They require better accommodations that won’t have them feeling pushed to the point that they don’t care if they’re griping around customers, making them wait almost 10 minutes due to complaints against the management and instead actually enjoying what they do in a comfortable environment that coaxes genuine joy from them—compared to having them feeling like they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel in a place they hate because it was all they could find in this economy. These clerks are not the only individuals running that post office, so it’s the ranking system that should be looked at; something should be done to enhance employment experiences. If you were forced to work in a heated box on your feet all day in a mandatory mask and plastic gloves, how happy would you be?! What kind of service would you provide, as a by-product to your stifling environment?

It’s so sad that I have to write this review being that my family has put years into working at post offices and still is . But this was my First time at this post office and it will be my last. The clerks are so nasty and uninviting. Then the mail lady that delivers the mail to my house is so lazy. I have a small curb in front of my house with a mailbox and it’s always a car in front of my house so if she can’t drive up to the mailbox because the car is there she will not deliver my mail that day and wait until the next day or whenever the car is not there .I understand it’s hot and you don’t want to do a lot of work but walking less than a few steps to get to my mailbox won’t hurt you.

I raced to this post office on a Saturday morning because I had a time sensitive document that needed to be mailed out. I got there at 11:57, they close at 12, I know I was pushing it. But I expected the lobby to still be open for the last 3 minutes. The postal worker was standing at the door and would not let me in. I showed her the time, she told me "Oh wells, we closed".
