I don't live nearby anymore, so I need a open raincheck for the next time I visit Seat Pleasant, MD. In the 28+ years of you tinting 5 of my new vehicles, about 5 or 6 of my Dads, and a few of my brothers vehicles, the last 3 of mine didn't get tinted and I want this one done.

My second time getting my windows tinted at this place. They do an amazing job very quickly. I love their first-come, first-serve style, because most places have crazy scheduling. Each time it took me no longer than 1.5hrs and I was done and on my way. I went all the way from glen burnie for this place and it's well worth the trip.

Broke my door panel and didn’t know how to put it back on. The owner knew he had to come up with something so he blamed it on my car being in an accident. Umm yeah, likely story, try again. Didn’t offer to fix it, apologize, or offer a discount. I should’ve ran like the wind when I saw the waiting area and options to pay in cash or CashApp. No need for a storefront, you guys should be doing work in a back alley. Use at your own risk!In response to the owner:I said what I said. I bought my car brand new buddy. One of your workers shrugged his shoulders and smirked when I asked if he could fix it also. You were too focused on going out of town instead of properly addressing the matter at hand. Luckily for me I have a reputable mechanic who took care of it and shook his head in disgust that this happened. Learn from this and maybe you’ll be in business for another 29 yrs. By reading your response and your inability to take any onus of the situation, I doubt it.Service: Window tinting
