Poor Customer Service. Store is clean. I live DC, was in the area so I went to this store. Asked a sales rep where a particular items was. Her demeanor was mean as if I was bothering her. She never smiled nor looked at me. She commented, the item is over here and then just left. Didn’t asked, if there was anything else she could assist me with. Never Again??

Wasn't to pleased with the cashier Naya. She had an attitude with me for no reason. I thought they called the next person up, and I only asked was she open because i was kinda confused when i walked up. she responds rudely, "ima bout to be". you can take your stuff out your basket" And is short with me the whole time. Didn't ask about my points did ask If I found everything ok nothing. She just handed me my bag and said nothing.I was shopping after a long day of work at one of my favorite stores and she ruined my energy. Some people don't need to be servicing other people. Especially if you don't know how to be pleasant to a customer.

Today I went to have a gloss/toner put on my hair by Gwen. I provided the number of the toner provided by the salon that originally did it. She applied it and it did not come out as expected. So she consulted with someone and reapplied the toner in other colors. The color came out wrong but I was still charged the full $72. I said I did not want to pay for it and was told I could no longer return to the store or have hair salon services. When I yelled at Phaedra the General Manager, she told security to escort me out then motioned she would agree to call the police. I have two accounts with Ulta, one Diamond and one Platinum. None of that mattered. Spending my hard-earned money at the store, nor being a two year salon client not matter. The customer does not count.

So I am new to doing makeup. I went to Ulta to get some tips on colors and to learn about bronzers. A lady introduced me to Amani a make up tech I guess. Well Amani was not in a helpful mode. She rushed me and started helping someone with out any regards for me. It was so bad a customer noticed and started helping me. I went back to her about the bronzer she begin to rush me again. I asked her did I offend her because she was nice yo the other lady but quite rude to me. She started yelling saying it’s not my fault you don’t know how to apply makeup. It’s not fault you talk with an accent. She was just plain rude to me. I will never go back to that store. The manager excused her behavior. Honestly, I’m a black woman who prefer to go the other neighborhoods because our people are miserable and very angry

Timoni did an excellent job with my haircut! She cared about me and genuinely wanted to ensure I get the service(s) I needed for my hair situation. The energy here is so positive and the customer service is fabulous!

Joy is amazing!! The customer service at this store was pleasant and welcoming. I normally go outside the county to shop but a lot of places could learn from this store. Thank you for providing outstanding service in a friendly way! Making this My ULTA.

I placed an online order on a late Friday afternoon, and it was ready for pickup within 2 hours. Also, the associates were very helpful & pleasant once I got to the store.

Went there early February to get my hair trimmed and get my very faded strawberry blonde hair dyed back to my natural blonde. The lady that did my hair completely ignored my requests and did not communicate what she was going to do at all. My hair was dyed back in August with a semi permanent gloss dye and she read that in my notes. Instead of talking to me about my options, she instead dyed my hair a dark reddish brown. It was SO much darker than when I came in and I hated it.I went back the next day and spoke to the GM and thought she was kind, she told me that they couldn’t do anything because of me being pregnant. And on top of all that, the other stylists and costumers were all giving me weird/dirty looks the entire time I was having my hair done.Ulta is my usual place to get my hair done but after this horrible experience I will not be having my hair done there again. If I could I’d give zero stars

Does this store ever restock? Every time o go to this store looking for A NARS Foundation in the color Manaus they NEVER have it. I've tried at least 10 random times....hopefully they get better at learning how to shop for their market. This is. Predominately Black Woman area, why not have darker skin tone colors?

Ordered makeup for store pickup. Got to the store the wrong shade was selected. I asked to exchange for correct color. I was told could not exchange I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to exchange. I'm exchanging for the SAME PRODUCT. DID not see what the issue was. None the less I bought the correct shade and NOW I HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCE AND GO BACK TO THE STORE AND RETURN THE WRONG SHADE IN 24 TO 48 hours. RIDICULOUS POLICY IF SUCH!

Horrible customer service. The sales associate was rushing me to pick a shade. Of course, I get home and it was the wrong shade.When you go to this Ulta just get what you already know works. They will not help you!
