Called and spoke with Vernon( I’m sorry if that is not the spelling) , asked if they can do 1 shirt by the closing time for same day. They accommodated me, very polite and professionalism at this place. I highly highly highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future and their prices are so reasonable.

Very unprofessional, long turn around , tells you one time and it be another, over runs. Attitudes and bad customer service inquiring about your product. Waited weeks for things and some were still done wrong. Went back a second time same things happen, they had my clothes for 2 weeks with the same unprofessionalism and was told they wouldn't start my clothes after i left a bad review the day my clothes were the last business day to be done and they wouldn't start until I took it down.

I brought my daughter’s track bag for embroidery right before her birthday. Service was friendly and professional. He was able to embroider same day; it took about 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely return.The location is kind of hidden and there’s another embroidery & screen print shop in the same industrial park; don’t go there by mistake.
