They do not open at 8 for inspections as posted in these reviews. And the cashier can’t get off her personal phone long enough to do her damn job.So sick of substandard service in our county.

This gas station ripped me off it took $25 to get my gas light off .. after noticing my gas gage didn't move but a inch and I drove from here to bowie and my gas light came back on went to another gas station my gage went from gas light to a quater tank with just $10 worth took pics kept receipts fix th pumps ripping ppl off. The guy that inspected my car did a decent kudos to him only job he detected something thar was wrong with my car that saved me money down the Kong run so I took it back to the car dealer that's what the 2 stars Is for

This place is terrible I was overcharged twice but didn't catch it to the third time, well I'm a elderly female and strike 3 was after charging me over 4000.00 dollar he tried to charge me an additional 1000.00 I went somewhere else and was charged 150.00. Never will return

This place is trash! Very unprofessional and unorganized, my hubcaps were stolen off my cargo van the repair work was below standard and was forced to get the same work done at a more reputable shop after having multiple issues. I am convinced the only people giving this place good reviews are friends and family of the people that work there. If I could give it 0 stars I would also!

Went here for an inspection and Kennard was pleasant but docile and seemed to follow the lead of Rick who works in the back and I'm guessing is the manager, however Rick is a sneaky Con that felt he could take advantage of me. This is pretty common when women take their car into a shop because the men there feel we don't know much but I've owned my bmw for years and have invested a lot for repairs and know when I'm being overcharged. He claimed I needed things I didn't and let my car sit there for days without communicating with me. Luckily I have the sense to know a scam a mile away and I will not be allowing this rinky dink shop to do any work on my vehicle! I only went because they had one of the lowest prices for inspections but I guess you get what you pay for. Never again and I suggest you stay far away from this place!

The head guy is the shadiest. I will finish this later. He was charging me an extra 200 labor on top of the flat 200 most other mechanics quoted me for a fuel pump replacement. I only went there because tow truck took me there. He told me diagnostic would be quick and charged me on the same day he said it would happen. 3 days later, he says it's complete and that I do indeed need a pump. He tries to charge me again for the diagnostic I know he didn't do and says it was a mistake after I remind him that I paid when he first asked. He doubles the labor cost and the part is already expensive. I need up having to get a rental for an extra week, two weeks all together. He tells me he can't do the work anytime soon so naturally I take my vehicle somewhere else, to a more reputable mechanic; they promised a charge of half of what he quoted for labor. But the replacement mechanic confirmed what I suspected; a diagnostic was not even complete and I didn't even need to replace fuel pump. All together I wasted time and money for towing it there, having a rental for two weeks in vain and I saw a lot of cars on the lifts (including a classic car) that was not there nor outside, yet he claimed to be too backed up to start soon. It's really just a shady guy charging for things he didn't do, and taking favors and letting other vehicles jump the que. I suspect the tow truck guy was collaborating with the shady shop as he insisted that that it was fuel pump replacement issue and told me I definitely shouldn't put any gas in it. All it was was low fuel pressure on a low tank and simply putting down gas and cleaning out my fuel system would have saved me over a possible $1500 when tallying two tow trucks, paying for a diagnostic I didn't get, 2 weeks of having a rental car, paying twice for a diagnostic that never even happened, and potentially paying for a fuel pump and overpaying for labor. Don't say I didn't warn you, and don't settle for this place if you break down and find it to be one of the closest shops. I really wonder if the tow guy did all this on purpose; simply topping up on gas once I got there like I wanted to would have prevented all this. He told me not to because I would have to pay more for them to syphon the gas back out, etc... that's mere suspicion that he was hustling me, but I'm 100% sure the mechanic consciously pulled one over on me.

ZERO stars. Absolutely unprofessional & horrible customer service. I spoke with Rick (Manager) that ordered the parts needed for my car. He said he'd call me in a few days when it was delivered, but he never called. I call him the following week and he was confusing me with another person that had a different car despite me reminding him several times of the car I have. He finally told me that the parts have been there (as if I should've known). He told me to come in by 8 am so they can change my rotors. My family heard him say this to me because he was connected to the bluetooth in my car. I arrive by 7:30 am, but the shop doesn't open until 8:30.
