I wish I could give them a zero. I have had several issues and problems with this company. On March 19 Demond the tech lost a part of my windshield is the first issue and he didn't report it like he said he would I found that out today March 30. I try calling them on March 20 to confirm that he reported it but couldn't reach them. Next issues we had a bad rain storm and now I have spots on the front part of my interior ceiling that wasn't there before they replaced my windshield. Now they are saying it not their fault. Now keep in my the tech took pictures of the interior and if those spots were there he would have made sure to take a picture of that so that they wouldn't be blame for it. He took a picture of the driver side where a 2 little brown spots are . So my question is why he wouldn't have taken a picture of this big spot if it was there. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company, BBB, and safelite headquarters because this is unacceptable. Sommer is going to tell me that the black part around the outside of the windshield will seal when it gets hot outside that don't make any since . So if you have your windshield replaced in the winter you have to wait until the summer for that part to seal. If you review the pictures I attached you will see that the black part is not seal, you will see the missing part and the spots on my interior from the rain that happen after they replaced my windshield. I do not recommend that nobody use the Capitol Heights MD safelite because they don't take accountable for their errors. Again their tech who did the work wasn't reliable he never reported that he lost part of my windshield, you can not reach the Capitol Heights MD location on the phone. Their own call center couldn't reach them when I called them. Somebody was suppose to call me back never received that call back. I will be taking this all the way. I am starting with my insurance company since I went through them. This will also be reported on BBB. Just poor customer service all the way around.

I made an appointment online to have my power window repaired. When I got to my appointment I was told I had to go to auto supply store and buy a regulator. I should have been told that before appointment.

Ghetto no other word. Literally ladies rolling eyes n I pull up 2024 porsche emergency needing windshield replace. Even Danielle nice at first jump on the ghetto train. No empathy. Call dealer and end up being 3 times less- so lesson learn go to dealer they get the part from dealer anyways….I hate to say it but hate any business in capitol heights….

The mechanics don’t know what they are doing. I had small crack the size of a penny. Not only did they make the crack bigger (forcing me to now replace the windshield) , the guy told me it shouldn’t spread. The very next day the crack goes the length of my windshield. Never using them again. They need to stick to non-luxury vehicles.

Super unfriendly and snarky lady working the front desk when i came in last friday at around 2:30-3pm or so, making me, the customer feel stupid for having inquired about warranty for a cracked windshield that wasnt my fault as if I purposefully want to throw a rock to crack the windshield of my car. I really hope this issue is fixed, I ended up not even proceeding with the service.

Theres no way to contact an live person when you call safelite you can only speak to an machine an 5min call can answer all your questions but instead your annoyed by prompts that doesn’t assist you.very poor services I will never recommend just for the inconvenience

A Safelite AutoGlass mobile technician came to my home to replace a broken car window, but he was unable to get it to fit properly and told me a manager would contact me the next day to schedule a second appointment. That call never came, so I contacted Safelite’s customer service line and learned an appointment had already been scheduled on my behalf. It’s a good thing the date and time they chose worked with my schedule. The second technician arrived and replaced the window, but he was unable to replace the damaged window moulding and told me a manager would contact me to schedule a third appointment. That call also never came, so I once again called Safelite’s customer service line and was told I needed to bring my car to their Capitol Heights shop to get the moulding replaced. Upon arriving, the master technician told me Safelite doesn’t replace window mouldings; I would need to go to my car dealership to have that done. Dealing with this company has been one frustrating experience after another. I will never do business with Safelite AutoGlass again.
