Came here to deliver a load. Appt was at 6am was told other trucks was a priority first, ok cool I get that. But the check in guy and the supervisor was very rude and even cursed at me. Also the supervisor told me over the phone that he was hanging up in my face because he didn’t wanna hear me complaining about his employee!!I definitely won’t be back . If I could leave zero stars I would don’t come here if your time is valuable !!!

Those guys were awesome, had my days mixed up showed up a day early making my delivery, and they took it off for me, beat the snow and made it home for the weekend, thanks guys.

The service is beyond terrible at this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. The cashiers act like they don’t want to be bothered and don’t even greet when greeted. This isn’t the right job for them

The parking lot has a rampant theft problem. My backpack got stolen and they wouldn't even bother to pull up the video for me. That being said, it's a restaurant depot and it has what you need (provided they are able to keep it in stock).

It was our first time here and while the front staff seemed okay, there's some serious issues with the seafood and the receiving staff. We walked into the wrong area (receiving) to get to the seafood place. I guess the manager in the receiving area came out and just blatantly yelled at us nonstop saying we are not allowed to be there. Understood, but we were instructed to take that way to get to the seafood section. Later on we realized it's just right across from the receiving area. We asked the guy if he could show us where it is and he just yelled at us and kept interjecting us saying if we have any questions then we need to go to the front, instead of just simply telling us that it's on the other side and we just have to go around and walk into the freezer section. I mean it's not hard to help out a bit. Of course we were sorry that we went into the wrong area and were notified that it's dangerous to be in the area, it would have been a better experience if you were just nicer about it. No need to yell and make a scene. It doesn't do anyone good. We were there to shop. That's all. If you don't want people to accidentally walk into receiving other than the staff themselves, just close the door. Funny enough, while we were shopping, a bunch of staff were driving forklifts around like no one's walking between them. Maybe we picked the wrong day to shop. Probably won't be back another time.

If I could give 0 stars I would gladly do so! The receiving supervisor/manager hates his job obviously because the disgusted look on his face is permanent I’m totally convinced, he doesn’t greet you even after you greet him first, he just points you to the sign in sheet and says wait in your truck we will call you. My appointment was at 07:00 he tells me to move my truck and allows 5 other trucks to be unloaded before me. I speak with the front end manager and even she started out being rude by asking the person at the info counter what I wanted instead of addressing me directly even though I’m standing right there. Eventually she softens her approach and goes to speak with the manager of receiving but at this point I’m disgusted and convinced this is how Restaurant Depot trains their employees to be because it’s throughout the whole staffing team to have a you’re bothering me demeanor, why are you asking me questions about my job that I get paid to do!These ppl lack basic manners and communication skills and definitely don’t have any professionalism at all!

Be careful going to this business. Your car windows could be busted out in broad daylight and have everything stolen while in the parking lot. And they will refuse to show you the footage that could possibly help you find the perpetrators. Leading you to believe it’s probably an inside job.

Horrible service at fresh seafood section. I called a man work there for help, he ignored me, he even did not look at me. When he came close to me, he said he was doing to help me. I wonder I haven't have a chance to say anything how he can help me. I stepped out while he kept muttering to himself .

When a customer call to request a quantity in a box, Please have approximate quantity for price comparison. As long as you’ve been selling food, you should know the “approximate” quantity in a box of fish, chicken, etc. by now. Please don’t hang up on customers without signaling you’re no longer on the phone. Say, “bye, have a nice day, thank you for calling.” This demonstrates great customer care.

We really like Restaurant Depot overall. However, our only gripe is the high activity of employees speeding with forklifts throughout the store. At different points it can make it very difficult to shop.

4/6/23.....fcfs they start at 6am..they unload out if 3 doors.oor 3 is the worst of the 3...it's a small space between 2 buildings....there were 2 in the lot. in the little pull over lane when I got there....I did a flip in the customer parking lot and staged on the curb beside the warehouse...they seemed to get after it when they got started...had 3 of us in and out within 2 hours...mine was 22 plts with a lot of different items.....idk if they sorted or just took the plts...couple of tight traffic circles on the way in and out...
