I’m so glad I decided to contact Q3 to repair my damaged exhaust pipe! I saw the great reviews online and that they were close by. Von and Cora were very professional and took care of my car quickly (in an hour!) and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

I’ve just discovered my new mechanic shop. Mr Tee and Mr. Von went up and beyond to provide an emergency catalyst converter install. Did I fail to mention that I was allowed to bring my own part? Mr. Tee (Office Mgr), Mr.Von (Owner), and other mechanics’ Christian mannerism and exceptional professionalism is displayed in their mechanical expertise, very competitive prices, customer service, and the cleanliness of this Black Owned business has gained my referral as HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?

Good to see my childhood friend not knowing from a phone call, but we clicked instantly but I can say I'm satisfied with the work and satisfied with the customer service I would recommend him to anyone because he is a black man with a business let's keep him going!!

Mr. Von and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Before I took my truck to Q3 car and Truck Repair and tried 5 other repair shops including 2 dealerships. None of those places could find the issue. Mr. Von took the time to find and repair. Thanks for your service!☺️

Excellent service !!! After being total multiple time I needed a new engine, I call on a Sunday an was shocked that someone answered "Amazing " !!! Von explained all my options, he made me so confident that I have my vehicle towed to the shop the next day. They completed the work in a timely manner, I'm very satisfied and would recommended Q3 to everyone I know !!!
P.S. I didn't need a new engine

I needed work done. Referred by the company I purchased parts from website... and the shop was ok! It's small, take about 2-cars at a time, and staff was professional. They did the job with no complaints and actually recommended other work that I need to get done on my car. My only concern and reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because they have a small dog that barked profusely when I first entered the business. Not to mention, I am allergic. However, the dog ended up calming down after about 5 minutes or so. I went home and took a benadryl and it was all good. Also, the shop never said that there's a 3.99% charge when using your debit card. I wish the company that referred me stated the policy up front. Overall I would recommend this shop. I have no complaints on the work performed.
