I recently had my CR-V serviced here and I highly recommend the service team here. From checking in to checking out everything went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back for all my CR-V's service needs!

I brought my dad, Jiame, there almost a year ago to purchase a new vehicle. Since that time, he has had nothing but bad experiences with your service department. Within 24 hours of purchase, the rubber from around his windows began to fall off of a BRAND NEW CAR. Every time, he brings the car in for service, they claim that they are fixing it and it never gets fixed. Today (11.20.23) he dropped his car off for regular service at 8am. At 3:20pm they couldn't find his keys and when they did locate it at 3:35pm, the car had not been serviced all day. All day for an oil change and no service. He works LYFT rideshare full time and lost a day's worth of wages, waiting on nothing. To top it off, he is scheduled to travel to SC for the holiday from Wed-Sun and the car isn't serviced. My experience with Pohanka Honda was nothing but exceptional service. Went in to get an oil change and was in and out with reasonable time. I didn't want to wait in the waiting area, so the Pohanka representative was kindly enough to drive me to the shopping center while my car was being service. I then call for a pick up for me to return to retrieve my car and the Pohanka Honda representative was there. Thank you for your excellent service.

Very attentive and excellent serviceWho is able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they attendant assigned was providing updates and information for services recommended. I purchased my Honda CR-V for Pohanka in 2021. The purchase included a year of oil changes and a few other perks. Each time I drove up for service (no appointments necessary!) they in-processed me and serviced the car quickly. Prices are comparable to other dealership shops in the area.This latest time I purchased a new pair of tires (Pirelli Scorpion AS3) and had my 50k service. I was out in 3 hours, with my bill less than I expected and my car freshly washed. Shout out to the Service Masters, who uniformly are polite, efficient and very communicative.
