Got a tire replaced here yesterday the service was quick however I was disappointed by some of the shortcuts taken the tire being replaced was a drive tire on an aluminum rim the replaced it with a steer tire on a painted steel rim then the guy forgot to put the spacer on between the tire instead of fixing the problem he just threw the spacer away in the trash

Called 4 times trying to get an invoice. 4 times transferred to admin. 4 times admin never picked up the phone. Said she's on lunch. For 2 hours? Did she even come to work? Waste of time.

Got in and out in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and showed our driver all of the functions of the moving truck. Excellent service!

These people called my husband at 6pm to cancel truck rental for 7am the next morning. The truck was being used for a scheduled CDL road test and late cancellations are $20 per appointment at the DC DMV!!! UNRELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Takes a very long time to rent a vehicle. They have no consideration for time…If you book reservation more than likely it will not be honored on day of pickup.What is the purpose of booking reservations. It so detrimental to my business.Next, the poor customer service took me over 1 hr to get a different truck. My fee was doubled !Why doesn’t anyone from management or owner care about the customers experience?

Garbage Penske location. I've been working with Penske for 5 years, had to take a truck in for service while working in the area and had my ready time pushed back from Sunday to Monday to Tuesday with no alternatives given to get me going again besides "just wait." I've never had an experience even remotely close to this nightmare and can only believe this location is horribly run. Thank god it's not my home.

Excellent Experience April 14, 2021! Rented a 16ft. truck from the Capitol Heights location. Adrienne was kind, professional and efficient as she completed and explained the rental agreement. Josh helped on the truck pickup date. Both Adrienne and Josh were great to work with. I really appreciated Josh's attention in ensuring very clean truck in good working order and answering any questions. There were no surprises. This location is a great place, our go to place for renting a truck. You can count on them. Thank you Adrienne and Josh.

NEVER RENT THROUGH HOME DEPOT! UNPROFESSIONAL ( accept Amadou one of the employees in the Maryland area) I cancelled my reservation then called corporate, a gentleman named Al at another Maryland location accommodated us at a lesser rate, which my son paid for. This was the tail end of March. Here we are on the 28th of April and I am still out of $4,583.00. I finally spoke with someone else in corporate who plans to follow up on Friday. Meanwhile, we are in a hotel because our funds are caught up and we have relocated to another state as Penske has promised 3-5 business days after they ran my card and pushed it through, with the excuse that no one there knew how to do a cancellation!It was because of the second gentleman who got involved that I stuck with them! I should be given more than just my money back at this point.This gentleman has made numerous phone calls and sent emails on my behalf but still I wait!THEN TURNING THE TRUCK IN AT ANOTHER HOME DEPOT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! The staff didn't know where I was to turn it in and an employee told me around the side of the building! Once I got around there, another employee was yelling that I couldn't park there and that I had to back it up WITH A CAR CARRIER ON THE BACK MIND YOU! They said they couldn't do it and were not liable so they couldn't help, but proceeded to back me up! I am glad I didn't pay attention because I could've hit their equipment with them guiding me toward it! Bottom line...GO DIRECTLY TO A PENSKE LOCATION AND NOT HOME DEPOT! And based overall on the fact that they seem nonchalant about my money ( except the two Avis and Alvin at a Penske location and Penske Corporate) I will not use them again and do not recommend them! Sorry

They didn't have tbe van I'd reserved several days before I was to pick it up. However, they did offer me a larger vehicle for the same quoted price. It was raining hard when I picked up the vehicle, and the transaction was literally made through my car window getting rained on. They didnt allow anyone to come in the lobby. That was the worse part, getting wet.
