“DMV Computerman Electronic Shop is phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a new battery and motherboard for my computer, and they also replaced my keyboard without me even asking, which I am incredibly thankful for.

Due to the complexity of the repairs, they had my computer for longer than expected. Understanding my reliance on the computer for my business, they kindly provided me with a loaner computer. This thoughtful gesture really helped me continue my work without interruption.

However, the replacement of the motherboard resulted in the loss of VERY IMPORTANT FILES that were not backed up to my iCloud Drive, which I am devastated about because that was a month's worth of work. Additionally, I encountered an issue with placing files on my desktop after the repair.

My only suggestion for the shop is to ensure customers back up their files in front of the technicians, just in case there are any issues with their current backup processes.

Despite this setback, I still highly recommend DMV Computerman Electronic Shop for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.”

“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. He never came from the back area to assist Carlita when there were multiple customers in the store. Salute to Carlita for being a one woman band!!”

“The associate Jasmine at the location - 9101 Alaking Ct Ste 200 Capitol Heights, MD 20743 United States - Is absolutely amazing! She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas!
