Since Julio left, the place has gone downhill, unprofessional the young Spanish girl very rude the young Spanish dude don’t know what he’s doing. Send him back home don’t go to MetroPCS cause they tell you anything unless you pay your bills they don’t work they don’t bring Julio back because the Spanish girl and Spanish boy don’t know what they doing

I went in to buy a phone like 2 weeks ago.the old Asian guy who only works Friday & Saturday helped me .I paid with my card & portion with cash. I got no invoice, only the card receipt. I came back in asked for an invoice. He kept playing games and couldn't print me a full receipt .he pocketed my cash. Tried to give me 3 different incorrect receipts.

Great customer service from Carlita. She's always very helpful and knowledgeable when I need something. However, the team member that was with her yesterday was very lazy. He never came from the back area to assist Carlita when there were multiple customers in the store. Salute to Carlita for being a one woman band!!

Julio and his team are the best!!!!! Very professional! They greet you soon as you walk in. I LOVE THIS STORE! Don’t go no where else. They make sure you walk out with a smile on your face. If anyone has anything negative to say they lying!!!!

The agents were nice and helpful. I was able to get my girlfriend a new phone and plan for a very decent price. Good selection. The store was clean and spacious. I even went back later to try and get her son's phone setup. We couldn't get his phone unlocked from the carrier. So we going to try again tomorrow. Thanks guys !! ??
