I have had the worst customer service experiences in this location. The last one was mid December when I ran in because I needed a strapless bra for an event that evening. Three women stood at the registers and not one greeted me. Ok, not a huge deal. I ended up shopping for my own bra going through the drawers to find different sizes to try and then let myself in the fitting rooms. All while the 3 woman worked around me gossiping and putting out merchandise. They spent their time talking about a man who was in the store prior to me with another customer and how they didn't approve of his sagging jeans. Even when they passed me in the linger section and again in the fitting not one asked if I needed help or spoke. So I didn't I wanted to see how long it would continue. I walked up to the register two of the women ignored me than another woman approached me and asked how I found everything. I replied "it was almost like I worked here", to which she replied "good!" She rang up my stuff and asked if I wanted to open a credit card. I declined. I was walking out and the alarm sounds, she left my sensors on. When I went back to the counter she said "dag I knew I did that" then handed me a $25 coupon for Lane Bryant dollars to use in January but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or anything just "here this is for next time". The last time I went in this store location for a bra and asked to be fitted I was told they do not teach them how to fit and the measuring tape just gives you an idea and that I should just try on sizes close to what I have until I find the right one. I have no clue why I went back here. I have always had pleasant experiences when the location was at CAP BLVD and the one in Bowie, and Pentagon City. I do not know what the disconnect is at this location but Fix it Jesus

Husband and I are hitting the road once more, and this time, we made a quick stop to grab some cozy essentials for the chilly temperatures ahead. Managed to find a lovely sweater that caught my eye, along with a pair of earrings that added a touch of sparkle. Cherise, the delightful attendant, went above and beyond to assist us. She even stepped out from behind the register to help me find the perfect boots to try on. The whole experience was well worth battling the traffic to reach the store! Absolutely worth it, yeah!

In store sizes stop at 26/28 but it’s mostly sold out… the worker their helped me order online and I paid for it, just for lane byrant to cancel my order 6 days later with no compensation or regard

Let me tell you!!!!! These ladies in this store are DA BOMB.com!!!!! I made a purchase online for the recent bra promotion and unfortunately, the bras didn't fit the way I wanted. So I went in on a busy Saturday to return my items and while I waited, I saw some new bras I wanted to try. Cherise told me to try them on but because I was being lazy I didn't and ended up having to make another trip back to the store. This time Cherise had back up ready for me with Asia. These ladies are truly knowledgeable and had me laughing during my stressful return. The manager Rynee was very helpful with assisting me with my return and gave me a discount for my new bras to meet my return amount so I didn't have to come out with extra money. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to shop. They are awesome!!!!! Thanks Ladies!!!!

I had the privilege of accompanying my Mentee on a trip to secure properly fitting undergarments. We were serviced by the incomparable Asia.From the time she greeted us she was nothing short of amazing- patient, knowledgeable, hard working, and easy going. Our search for the right undergarments was no easy feat, yet she did not give up on us, provided requested feed back, and offered necessary recommendations because she truly knows the stores product line. She made our experience amazing and memorable!!!You all are blessed to have her as an Associate. I love this location, Ms Asia and Ms Joe treat me like family. Always ready to assist me with my request, purchases and then some. Because I have special needs. They even have a chair for me. My only issue about this pis a narticular store is that they don't have updated equipment, it seems to break down quite alot. Those women work very hard and are very professional at all times. Now mannerisms and being polite comes natural to them. I Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

The store personnel are nice and very helpful. The clothes are acceptable depending on what you are looking, however they are just too expensive; $100, $90, and $80. Good thing is they have good sales. Today the sale was 50% off for 3 items, 40% off for 2 and 30% off for 1.
