Semi Decent customer service but a total waste of time,I waited at home only to find out they only want catalytic converters which isn’t what was mention or discussed over the phone..the guy seemed nonchalant sat outside without letting me know he was here and really tried to devalue my car. they call from several different random numbers and some of there drivers customer service is not good at all. They tried to offer 500$ for 3 converters that are worth 450-650$ a piece as well as the whole car..

Quick easy service , everything we discussed on the phone went down in person . I called and got same day service . My car had been just sitting and sitting for months but they came and fixed that problem I’m so glad it’s gone now. ? I definitely would recommend this place .. like I said quick and easy with money on the spot !

The service was friendly and efficient. I called at 10:00 am and the vehicle was on the tow trick and leaving at noon. Got more than expected for a 22 year old van. Wish I’d called sooner!

My car was picked up to be taking to the junk yard by Mr. Neal who was pleasant and professional. He was very patient , assuring and answered all my concerning questions. When my car was ready to be picked up he arrived at my house and we exchanged the business as discussed over the phone.

Such a great experience! I called to have an old car removed and was able to have it done the same day. Neal was awesome! He showed up on time, was very courteous, pleasant, and kept his word regarding the vehicle purchase amount. I would definitely use this company again!!

The tow truck driver was awesome he was very respectful he was very helpful he even helped me to take off the tags off of my car I give him a very high recommendation this company was very awesome from beginning all the way to end they kept a word and they was very sufficient and on time

First they wasted my whole day with a false time window and didn’t even care to communicate properly. Tow driver was very rude and basically tried to give me $350 for my car with all parts intact!! He was very unprofessional and seem irritated when communicating he came with a lady in the car who was nicer than him. I’ll rather literally trash my car than give it away ay that price Don’t use them.

My experience with them was amazing I called today and got my car picked up today within a couple of hours the driver was friendly and respective and I also did not have the title but I was able to use the registration and was paid immediately thanks again !!!
