No electrician on the clock to help with wires. It’s during a work hour and they don’t have all staff. The workers are just chilling around not working and when asked for help they say “I’ll be there” and don’t come.

Better pray you don’t need help anyone working there, otherwise better plan on extra hour of standing and waiting. Service culture at this one is bottom of the barrel.

One of the worst experiences in "any" store that I've had. Crazy because the management was doing a walk around the store. Horrible customer service experience. No one seemed to be concerned about the job as a whole. Save one cashier that made sure that at least I got to have a completed purchase. Hopefully this is not business as usual. #CollectedConsciousMediaLLC

Wow! This location has been here for awhile. The store is stocked very well. But the clerks don't have good knowledge about the location of items that you are looking for so your pretty much on your own. Good luck ??♂️

I went into the Home Depot last night for a few items to finish a home project. After shopping for a while I began to feel a little hot. I sat down and decided it was time to go after gaining my composure. At self checkout, I asked the kind ladies for assistance after explaining I was feeling quite nauseous due to “MTOTM”. One lady kindly scanned all of my items and returned to her post. As it was time to pay and I inserted my debit card, I started to feel light headed as if I was going to pass out. The ladies sprung into action! One helped finish my transaction and collect my purse and items while another assisted me to a seat in front of a cooling fan. They gave me a bottle of water and insisted that I take as much time as I needed. I didn’t get their names but thank you to each of the black queens that stepped in when they saw me in distress. Each of you helped restore my faith in our community a bit more and I will remember your empathy and compassion for a long time. This took place 9/11/23 around 6:30pm-7:00pm EST. I hope their manager sees this and give them the recognition they deserve!

Bought a pair of washer/dryer for $1850. Good luck trying to get a hold of somebody or spend half an hour to an hour waiting on the phone. They’re either late and miss the delivery window or or they show up in half an hour early at 6:30am in the morning when the windows at 7am. The first time they came so late in the window and no one was responsive or tried to help you after. Then you gotta pull teeth to reschedule and get another delivery window. Literally no calls or messages or email the day before and zero communication. I would not order from Home Depot Suitland/Forestville again. I do have to say the young delivery gentleman with Banegas contracting LLC was nice and courteous and had my machines running properly.
