A lot of outstanding people who run this gym like they go here. It’s awesome environment. Many staff here are probably from around community but I’m from dc area and like coming here at nights.

Great gym but they play music wayyyyy too loud. You HAVE to have noise cancelling headphones in order to hear your own music. Why is their volume at that of a club? 😭🤣😩 no one is there for your music. We all want to listen to our own workout playlists
