Had my vehicle inspected, they were professional and completed it in a timely manner. Would have given 5 stars but they transposed one number of the VIN and MVA would not issue my tags. Had to return back to have them make the correction which they did in less than 3 minutes. I returned to MVA and was issued my tags.

The customer service was outstanding ? ?! It was a plus to have the free shuttle service within the 10 miles radiance.

It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, however, Freestate took great care of my vehicle. They are professional, courteous and understanding. I do plan on using them again in the future if any other problems arise. I would also recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle repair.
